I was in my office doing nothing. I'm still so frustrated because of the contract between Lee Corp and my company. On top of that I still have loads of work to do. I'm so ready to just go straight home m when I leave, but I can't cause I have to go pick up Wendy. Just then I get a phone call from an unknown number.
"Hello?"
"Is this Kang Seulgi?"
"Yes it is, who are you?"
"I'm a nurse calling from Asan Medical Center, is there any chance you know anybody by the name Bae Joo-hyun?"
My heart just stopped for a quick second.
"Yes I do. She is my girlfriend. Why?"
"Well her and another girl have just been brought to us because of a car accident. Her friend is alright but Joo-hyun is in critical condition."
"I'm on my way!"
I hung up the call grabbed my purse, keys, and phone and rushed out of my office. I got into the elevator and put the first floor. The guards and Nancy bowed but Nancy looked confused.
"Ms. Seulgi? What's wrong?"
"I got a call that Irene is in the hospital. Please tell the Chief of Staff Mrs.Park Dahyun (I'm a Stan for Dahmin: Dahyun and Jimin but not really into the whole Bangtwice thing. Make sense?)that she is in charge till I get back."
"Yes ma'am."
I left out the building and rushed to my car. I drove and drove to the hospital. On my way there I called Wendy. It ring three times before she picked up.
"Seulgi what's up?"
"I just got a call from Asan Medical Center. Irene and Joy were in a car accident. They said Joy is fine but Irene is in critical condition. I don't know when she will wake up or how long it will take so might wanna get a cab or Uber home but wait till around 7:30 to be sure."
"Okay. Well I gotta go. Go see Irene. She needs you. I'll be on stand by if you need anything."
"Okay, bye."
"Bye"
After I hung up the call I reached the hospital.
