"So I see the great tsunami couldn't grace us with his presence."

"I don't think it matters considering you haven't brought up your leader either."

The girl looked at the boy with amusement glinting in her eyes. "Well, Heungsoo, you'd be surprised to hear that I am in fact the leader around here."

The boy's eyes slightly widened in surprise before quickly returning back to their normal state. Sensing the threatening aura emanating from the girl, he lightly inclined his head in a sign of respect and apologized, "I am sorry. I did not mean to insult you."

"It's alright, no worries. I get that a lot," she replied with a chuckle, as if it was nothing, her deathly aura suddenly nonexistent.

And so, on this faithful night, Heungsoo and Yujin formed an alliance, stating that the two schools in Gyeonggi would now become allies; protecting one another from outsiders, but would never participate in their respective offensive attacks.

---

As Go Namsoon walked over to his desk after lunch, he discretly placed his Litterature II workbook on Park Heungsoo's desk, earning a scoff from the latter.

"Why don't you buy me some bread too?" he spoke, annoyed at the boy who used to be his friend.

Soundlessly, Namsoon left the class.

Yujin, who witness the whole exchange, kicked her deskmate's chair, "You're digging your own grave," she muttered between her teeth, eyes boring into his.

He ignored her and stared off into space, his thoughts going wild.

"Hey, hey, hey.. So just now, Go Namsoon... did he line up under Park Heungsoon? On purpose?" Dongseok whispered over to Jonghyuk.

"Hey, no way," he replied, hitting his friend's arm. "He would bear to spend money, but he doesn't do 'shuttle' for anyone. Oh Jungho kept trying to beat him up, but he gave up on shuttle-ing him."

Wanting to get to the bottom of this, Gideok ran out of class, trying to find out if Namsoon really went to buy bread, the class awaiting his return impatiently.

When Go Namsoon finally came back, with both milk and bread, the class fell into a heavy silence.

Yujin stood there, absolutely confused, wondering what happened between the two.
