Waking up to the sound of my alarm, I forgot how loud this thing was, I hit the top so it could go off, it was 6am, I getting out of bed I walk straight into the bathroom for a long Hot shower...I needed that I head over to my wardrobe and pick out a pair of navy blue sweats with my black converse, applying some deodorant lick my lips and look at myself in the mirror, No point looking good I guess, I just wanna see her and make sure she's alright, that's all... I grab my phone from my bed and head out... Coming face to face to my Dad... I thought he was outta town for the month... I really don't want to face him right now, I don't have time
"Tyler? What are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to be in the boring facility by now?" "I was sent home sick yesterday but I'm fine now, I'll be staying home for a few more days, probably for the week then I'll be out of your skin" He looks at me with his Golden brown eyes, no emotions whatsoever then shrugs and walk away... Arriving at the hospital I notice a lot of nurses running towards Sophia's room and fear grips my heart... I run towards her room and I see her being held down crying and screaming
"let me Gooo! He's going to kill me if you leave me here! I said let me go!!" she screams, struggling with the nurses and doctors, they are about to inject her when I run up to her
"Don't you dare touch her with that!" I yell and they let her go...
"Tyler" she says as I hug her, she sobs into my chest as I rub circles on her back
"You'll be alright, I won't let anyone hurt you... I promise, never again" I peck her forehead as the sobbing subsides, leaving her with hiccups as the nurses and doctors leave us alone, soon enough she was asleep in my arms... there is this saying "You sleep soundly when you're with someone you trust".
I lay her on the bed and sit on the chair beside her bed, just watching her as she sleeps peacefully, I hear a knock on the door and I see the Doctor from yesterday
"Can I see you outside?" he asks and I stand up, adjusting my shirt and covering Sophia with the white sheets and pecking her forehead then I walk over to the Doctor
"What happened to her?"I ask and he wipes his face
"We don't know, a nurse entered her room to check up on her this morning and saw her taking out the syringe from her arm, the nurse tried to stop her but she slapped her, she left to call for back up and they were trying to calm her down but she had a fork in her hand threatening them, she said he's going to kill her if she stays here, and with the way she was calm with you I know that the 'he' she was talking about isn't you, then who is it?" he asks me and I clean my eye's
