"Theyll be back soon, I promise" Julian said
We were sitting alone in my room. It was really dark outside, the weather grew cloudy.
I was sitting with my legs crossed, covered in a blanket.
"Julian?"
"Yep?"
"What if... mom and dad never come back"
"Oh god Aiden, I told you they will"
"But what if they dont"
"Stop acting like an eight year old!!"

He sighed
"Ok, Im sorry Aiden"
"..."
"Aiden dont cryyyy!"
I dipped my head in the blanket
"Aiden, I promise they'll be back soon, ok" He started to rub my back. "Lets just hope theyre fine"
I wasnt feeling the best, it seemed like I had no energy left. I was feeling empty, hollow. I knew that hell awaited me in coming days. I just didnt know how bad it'll be.
Tomorrow, my school starts, Ill meet Daniel face to face and something tells me it wouldnt be good, it wouldnt be good at all. Ill be coming across the proffessor who pretty much ruined our lives. The entire school who saw me leaving the building, after getting suspended. And thats just a small part of whats about to come.
Thunder raged, it was about to rain any second.
"Aiden if theres something else going on inside, please talk to me."
I looked up through my blurry eyes. I wasnt seeing him like I used to before. He looked beautiful. I guess I was just too sad and lonely.
"Im fine..."
"Im sure as hell youre not"
I didnt want to break into tears again
"Ok, so... I used to be... the most popular guy in high school. Everyone knew me as the life of parties, they chanted my name and loved me. Life was perfect. But it wasnt who I was. Thats not what I wanted..."
"Aiden calm down. Tell me whats bothering you"

I started crying.
"Oh no... um" He scratched his head. "Look Aiden, what happened, happened. You cant change anything. Besides, thats not even a big deal, this stuff happens all the time now."

I looked in his eyes.
