"Ex fiancé? Oh baby, come on. We were 19" Regina said with a laugh, rolling her eyes in the process.

"Were we that young? Jeez, time really does fly by" Anita said, chuckling as she though back to their relationship.

"That wasn't a real engagement" Regina sighed, still giggling at the blonde in front.

"You asked me to marry you and I said yes, that's real" Anita chuckled, reaching out to hold Regina's hand.

"Yeah and then you cheated on me" Regina replied with a smirk like she knew she was in the right.

"You cheated on me too"

"Only because I knew you cheated on me"

"I mean, we always knew we'd never last" Anita said with a chuckle, lifting the food menu up.

"Amen to that" Regina added, doing the same as the woman opposite her.

"Your drinks, madams" the waiter said, placing two drinks down for the women.

"Thank you, honey" Anita replied with a small smile up at the man.

"Can I take your food order, please" he kindly asked, looking at Anita first.

"I'll have a the Scallops, please" Anita said with a smile, handing the menu to the man.

"And I'll have the smoked salmon, please" Regina added as she held her menu to be collected as well.

"Coming right up" the waiter said before quickly leaving the table.

"So, let's move on from this engagement nonsense and get to why I'm here" Regina said, never wanting to talk about that again.

"Well, like I said, from one old friend to another, I knew you'd be the best to have as a partner and would offer the best amount" Anita replied with a smirk, leaning back in her seat as she crossed her legs.

"I thought about it last night and this is my best offer" Regina said, handing a piece of folded paper to the other woman. Anita opened it and her face was shocked, a smirk appearing as she did. "I take it that's enough"

"Do you think you could go an extra 100" Anita asked, trying to get as much from this woman as she could.

"Final offer, baby. From one very old friend to another, I think that's enough" Regina replied with a smirk, knowing the blondes little trick.

"Fine, you got a deal" Anita said with a smile, holding her hand out to the other woman.

"I would have done it for the extra hundred" Regina said with a smirk and a chuckle, shaking the blondes hand.

"I would have done it for free" Anita added with the same sort of chuckle as they parted hands.

The pair laughed together as they knew neither were joking. Soon their food arrived, meaning the pair could start eating. Meanwhile, Emma was heading hanging in the lounge area with Yun, Isabella and Oxana.

"Regina is the biggest temptress going, she had flirted her way out of being arrested so many times in insane" Isabella said with a laugh, increasing the shared one around.

"Arrested for what" Emma asked with a laugh, shocked at what she just heard.

"Being too drunk" Oxana replied with a laugh at one of the many situations.

"Driving without her licence" Isabella added, pointing at Oxana because she was there as well.

"Peeing in the street, that was the funniest" Yun said with a laugh, causing the rest of the girls to join in.

"She peed in the street" Emma asked in so much shock she'd do that.

"Don't be fooled by her uptight manners. When drunk enough, Regina is insane but she's never been arrested because she can flirt her way out of anything" Isabella said with another laugh, having the rest of the girls agree with her.

"Even the ones that don't like woman, fall for her charm" Yun added with a chuckle, rolling her eyes at how it works.

"How are things with you guys anyway" Oxana asked with a smile, calming everyone from their laughter.

"Yeah, today was meant to be your big date day" Isabella added, knowing they were both excited for that.

"Yeah it was. We're good it's just, I worry she's not in this for the same reason I am" Emma replied with a sighed, not wanting to reveal to much to the group.

"What do you mean"

"Well, I feel like she only wants someone to sleep with. I don't know, it might just be her being busy" Emma replied whilst looking down, unsure on how she feels. All the girls looked between each other, none wanting to say what they all knew to say. Emma noticed, looking confused at them. "What"

"Regina was cheated on when she was 19, she's never trusted or dated someone again" Isabella finally said, knowing she's the gossip of the gang.

"She does care about you so much, just give her time to get use to this. 10 years is a lot of time without a relationship" Yun softly added, giving a sweet smile to reassure the blonde.

"She's 29" Oxana asked with a confused look on her face.

"I think so. Bella?" Yun asked looking at Regina's best friend for the answer.

"Shit, I got no clue" Isabella replied with a confused face, knowing Regina isn't open at all. "We can work this out. I'm 27 and she's a year old so no, she's 28... I think, no one knows her birthday"

"How does no one know her birthday" Emma asked, realising she doesn't know it either.

"She's doesn't celebrate it, no one but Regina knows her birthday" Yun replied, giving a look to show she was clueless about it.

Emma looked curiously, wondering what could of happened to make Regina like this. She could read Regina like a book, it was time she read a little more into the story to find out. As the women started talking again, Emma's phone got a message. She looked down to see it was from Regina.

Regina: hey, I'm nearly ready to go. Come pick me up and we'll start our date xx

Emma: I'll be there in 15 xx

"Well, I hate to love and leave but I've got to go pick Regina up for our date" Emma said with a big smile, standing up from the sofa as she did.

"Oooo get it girl" Oxana cheered as she laughed along with Yun.

"A little thing for you, ask Regina about Anita" Isabella quickly said, giving a small smile to the blonde.

"I think that's who she's in a meeting with" Emma replied now looking half confused, half worried.

"Asking about Anita will reveal a lot about Regina, trust me" Isabella said with a smile, gesturing for the blonde to do it.

Emma waved them off before she left the room. She headed outside and to her car, driving down to meet her girlfriend. Regina and Anita were walking out of the restaurant, laughing about something they were talking about.

"Oh it's been so nice catching up" Anita said with a smile, calming her laughter down a little.

"It really has" Regina added with a smile, hugging the taller woman.

"I have missed seeing you, I've gotten use to just talking over the phone about work crap" Anita said with a chuckle, keeping the shorter woman close to her.

"I missed you too, we were such good friends before all of that" Regina replied, slipping out of the woman's grip.

"We were never friends. I loved you and you loved me, hence you asking me to marry you" Anita said with a laugh, starting to pull away as well.

As they pulled apart, Anita crashed her lips into Regina's. Emma was stood a few feet away and could hear their conversation. She hated she wasn't even shocked that Regina kissed someone. As turned around and headed back to her car, not wanting to see this anymore. Regina gently pushed Anita off as she felt her tongue on her lip.

"Don't do that, you lost the right to do that when you broke my heart" Regina sternly but softly said, not looking impressed at all.
