{3rd person's pov}
Two hooded figures are walking to an ATM, one slightly taller than the other. Just then a group of humans walked passed and the hooded figures seemingly disappeared. After the humans passed they hooded figures came out and took some cash.
The figures made their way to the top of a bus and unveiled their hoods. Two teenage female Beastmen were revealed, a Tanuki and a Red Panda.
{???? POV}
I'm Aliyah, and as you can see I'm a female red panda beast-man. I'm traveling with Michiru, a Tanuki Beast-man. The problem is we were human, until one day we changed. Now we're heading to Anima City, a sanctuary to Beastmen. Everything is going fine until now.
There are humans shooting at us, Michiru barely managed to dodge when all of sudden she was pulled off the bus. I jumped after her , making sure her head was safe as we fell down the hill. With no haste I pulled Michi my nickname for Michiru) and we began to run. So close, just a little bit more. We were almost at the dock, when another group of humans came up from behind and ambushed us. We were completely cornered, when a girl came out.
She said, "Why don't you let these girls go. They're special guests of Anima City."
The humans didn't listen and that's when she transformed. A few other Beastmen also came out. The took out the humans.
I immediately began to check if Michu was ok. Then I turned and started to thank the Mink.
"Don't thank me just yet. I'm Marie Itami, and I believe I should get a reward for my good deed. As a bonus I'll get you and your friend to Anima City." She held out her hand and I quickly took out my purse from my tail. I gave her almost all my money, I hid enough to get food for me and Michu. Marie led me and Michu and the boat.
"We're really going there, huh Michu?" I said looking over to her
"Yea." She responded
