Quick note:
Okie dokie. So, I'm gonna start putting some camper confessionals in here. I'm not putting any that are already in the show. It's really just going to be any new confessionals that would either be from Kimi or about Kimi in some way. I'll have the double-lines and then the name of the camper to let you know who's confessional it is. They might be a little few and far between, but I thought it'd be a little cool to include.Also, holy crap. There's so much with Kimi and Duncan in this chapter. We have 2 scenes with the two of them being cute and 2 attempts at a heart-to-heart (their attempts as characters, not mine as a writer). Right after Courtney got the boot, too! Not at all what was planned for this chapter, but I love it too much to change it, now. So get ready!
Alrighty, that was it. Please, continue. Please, enjoy. 😅

=====LAST TIME=====
Just as her lest statement left her lips, Courtney was literally thrown into the Boat of Losers. Then, without any warning, a look of realization dawned on Duncan's face. He instantly started running towards the boat as fast as he could.
"Courtney, wait!"
I closed my eyes as Geoff walked behind Duncan, not moving from my spot. Of course, my stupid heart had to be stomped on once more on top of the guilt I already felt. I jumped slightly at the arm that wrapped itself around my shoulder. Looking over, I forced a thankful smile. I had been completely unaware that DJ was still standing next to me. I let him silently comfort me as Duncan gave Courtney her gift.

=====NOW=====
You know what's concerning? When the first thing you hear in the morning is people screaming right outside your front door.
The instant I was conscious, I heard Geoff yelling, "Hit the deck!" My eyes shot open the instant I heard screaming, and I jumped out of bed the instant I heard a plane's engine. Running outside in my pj's, I saw the campers (also in their pj's) scrambling to find cover as a rickety, yellow plane swooped over their heads.
Of course, my cousin was in the pilot's seat.
WITHOUT his pilot's license.
In fact, he did not HAVE a pilot's license.
And, of course, the first thing I did when he landed was run towards him with a mixture of concern and anger on my face.
Chris lifted the visor on his helmet. "Just flexing your muscles for today's," He lifted a megaphone to his mouth and proceeded to scream. "EXTREME SPORTS CHALLENGE!!!!"
The campers and I each reacted in our own way to my cousin's volume. There was a lot of cringing and covered ears, and I winced in pain (what with the reduced distance between Chris and I).
As I continued to approach him, I could easily hear Gwen groaning out, "It's too early for this..."
I couldn't help but agree.
"This week," Chris continued. "You'll be participating in three challenges. First up," He lifted his megaphone. "EXTREME SOFA-- "
By this time, I had, finally, reached the plane. I interrupted his announcement by angrily yanking the megaphone from his grasp. Ignoring his childish whining, I dropped the megaphone on the ground and lifted my hands.
