Chapter Six

( I went back to right after the FaceTime they had on Friday okay? )

Saben's POV:

As I clicked the end call button and got ready, I realized I had nothing to do. School had just ended, and Gwen moved, so I thought of an idea.

Maybe I could go and visit Gwen? So I anxiously went to ask my parents and they said yes, like I knew they would, my family has no trouble with money.

I then got all my luggage together and called Gwen's mom, Courtney. I asked her if it was alright to visit and told her I wanted to surprise Gwen, and she thought it was a good idea too. I then booked a flight at 9:30AM to North Carolina for Saturday.

I then went to go pick up a few extra things that I would need to pack, and some food. Once I got home I ate my
Chick-fil-a while doing a some of my summer reading homework and watching TV until I got tired and realized it was seven.

So I took a quick shower and jumped in bed and watched me and Gwen's favorite movie, The Avengers. Slowly I started to drift to sleep and dreamt of being Captain America's girlfriend...must be from watching the movie.

-Saturday-

BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! My alarm went off as I looked at the time, 8:30....WAIT!
My flight was only in one hour so I sprung out of bed and just put some sweats and a tee shirt on and rushed in the bathroom to finish getting ready.

After I grabbed my suitcase by my room door and ran down the stairs to see my mom waiting there for me already with some coffee in a to-go cup for me.
"Come on we gotta go!" she ordered, slightly pushing me out of the house.

-Skip Car Ride-

Once we got there I said goodbye to my mom and thanked her for driving me and rushed in the airport. As I started for the security, I was also holding my printed out instructions and everything in hand until someone bumped into me...

"Oh wow, I'm so sorry..." A guy a little older than me with brown hair and eyes said.
"Oh...its fine...its just I'm already late!" I groaned squatting down to pick up all my papers as he did as well.
I better not be late for my flight cause of this I thought...

After that whole incident, I finally made it to my boarding and was waiting in line to get on the plane, just barely making it. Once I got in I looked for my seat number 24, when I found it I also found the same guy I bumped into sitting in seat 23...

I just went ahead and sat down hoping he wouldn't talk to me, and it was quiet for awhile, until he broke it.
"So, I see you made it still!" He stated.
"Yup, just in time actually." I chuckled nervously.

"So? What brings you to North Carolina?" He asked.
"Oh! I'm actually going to visit my friend, well cousin." I answered, "And you?" I asked.
"Just visiting a friend." He smiled. "Oh, and I'm Cameron by the way." He said putting out his hand for me to shake.

"I'm Saben." I smiled taking his hand to shake.
After that the flight started to take off so we stopped talking and I fell asleep.

---most of plane ride---

"Hey, wake up... we're going to land soon." Cameron said while nudging me as I soon realized I was laying on his shoulder.
"Oh! Sorry..." I replied picking my head up from his shoulder quickly.

"No its fine, I moved you so your neck wouldn't hurt, does it?" He asked.
"Well no, and thanks." I blushed embarrassed.
"No problem." he smiled.
He seemed like a sweet guy.

"Now everyone, we will be landing shortly, so fasten your seatbelts." The flight attendant ordered and all of the passengers either obeyed or started to wake and then buckle.

As we landed everyone started to leave the plane and into the airport I waved Cameron good-bye and walked until I found my uncle ( Gwen's Dad ) Chris waiting for me. I then gave him a hug and thanked him for picking me up, also making sure Gwen didn't know where he was, which she didn't. So the plan was going pretty well so far.

We then drove to their house and I went up to the door first and heard Gwen's mom call for her to get it...
