First day of school

Gem's pov
First day of middle school. I groan. I don't want to get up!!!! NUU!!! I slowly crawl out of bed. I'm about to call Sqaishey and Peeta, when I remember Sqaishey moved in with her boyfriend Stampy. So it was only me and Peeta. "PEETA!!!" I scream. "What?!" He calls back. "You awake?" I ask. "Yes, ms. Loud mouth!" He snickers. "Shud up!!" I reply laughing. I pull on some skinny jeans. My favorite checkered top, and leather jacket. I comb my hair and do some makeup. I head downstairs to find Peeta eating some cereal. I pull out a granola bar and start eating while, packing my bag. "C'mon, mister slowpoke!!!!" I taunted. He runs after me. I soon see Katniss and Prim racing to our house. Katniss wins by a longshot, and prim pouts. "Sorry lil Ducky!" Katniss giggles. I smile at them. "Nice to see you too!" I say sarcastically. Katniss and I hug. One of my bestest frands!!! I give Prim a pat on the head, and hand her a gift. Her eyes go wide, and she rips it open and pulls out a shiny silver neckalace. She thanks me, and puts it on. Grinning the whole time. I can't help but notice Peeta staring at Katniss, in awe. He'd always had a huge crush on her. I couldn't say the same for Katniss though. Prim, was looking at Peeta dreamily. She had a huge crush on Peeta. But, Peeta was oblivious to it, and didn't think if Prim in that sense. Gale pulls up in his truck. He gives prim a high five, and Katniss and him hug, Peeta just snarls at him. Aww, my lil bro is jealous! I smile at Gale. And sit with him in the front. "So when ya gonna ask her?" I ask Gale. "What?!" He asks, confused. "Katniss! When you gonna grow the guts to ask her out!!" I exclaim. Gale's entire face goes red, and he's blushing crazily. I giggle. "She likes ya back!! It's plain to see!" I tell him. He shakes his head. "I'm not Brave." He tells me. "Well, Mister Oblivious, you need some lessons from Four and Tris on how to be Dauntless!!!" I tell him. We both laugh. I canto help but see, Katniss watching Gale. They would make a cute couple. Web arrive at school, and are greeted by Fiona and Foxface (aka Alyssa). The sisters smile at us. "Hey y'all!" Fiona exclaims. "Good to see y'all!!" Lyssy chants. "Hey!!!!" We all say. Soon Four and Tris pull up in Four's black Ferrari. They greet us with open arms. Prim heads off with her crew: Rue, Emily, Sophie, And Amy. Soon, a blue car pulls up. Out comes my boyfriend Lee. I run to him and kiss him on the lips. "GET A ROOM!!" Uriah and Zeke sing. I slap the two across the face, and they both fall over. Percy and Annabeth. Arrive. Percy has him arm around her, and Annabeth is blushing like crazy. I giggle. "PERCIBETH!!!" I exclaim in a sing-song voice. Four, Uriah, and Zeke join in. Annabeth gives me the death glare, and comes and punches me playfully. Percy, laughs and out of the back if his car comes his sister Grace with her friend Dash. They smile and wave and join our cluster. Hazel G. And Auggie (Augustus) hop out of their car and come and join us. Soon the whole group is together and talking. The bell blares and we all rush to get to class.
