Chapter 13 - Elizabeth's Outburst

It was definitely a strange encounter to say least; seeing your reincarnated daughter but this time.... she's not your daughter. Neither Meliodas and I knew how it would go but surprisingly it was actually better than we thought.

As much as I despised Elizabeth for what she did to Meliodas and I, that was her past life, not her. I couldn't continue to hold this grudge if I was to get Merlin back.

Like I said, it was a strange encounter. We walked through the Castle in Liones trying to find Elizabeth and her current father. Eventually we found them in the dining hall, "Liz! Meliodas! To what do we owe the pleasure?" The King noticed us.

"Sir Meliodas and Lady Liz!" Elizabeth bowed.

I chuckled slightly, "At ease child. There is no need to be anxious." I gestured to God, "This man here would like to meet you."

He stepped forward, Elizabeth looked puzzled, "You see, Elizabeth, this was your original father when you lived with the other Goddesses up in Heaven. Elizabeth, meet God. God meet Elizabeth."

"Elizabeth! It has been too many years, I missed you!" God reached out for her.

Elizabeth scoffed, "You were the one that made me curse Meliodas and Liz!"

"What are you—" he began but she stopped him.

"Don't even try! I know what you did to them! No matter how Lady Liz has treated me, I know she loves and cares for Meliodas! You cursed then to a lifetime of torture! Why would I ever want to know you?!" Elizabeth explained.

I leaned my head on Meliodas's shoulder, "Well this took a turn I didn't see coming."

"Very unexpected from Elizabeth. Usually she's very timid." Meliodas replied.

"Hm." I looked at God who was beat red.

"Well excuse me! You shall not talk to me like that young lady!" God yelled.

Elizabeth slapped him, "I shall talk to you in anyway I want! You are nothing to me and nothing to this kingdom and are no longer allowed here!"

"What?! You can't do that!" God screamed.

Elizabeth smiled, "Actually I can! As a goddess and as ruler of Liones, you are hereby an enemy of this country!"

God scoffed and walked up to Meliodas and I, "Merlin will remain with me."

"WHAT?! You can do that! We had a deal!" I yelled at him.

He scoffed, "Well the deals off!"

"I swear to you—" I started.

"Swear to me what?! There's nothing you can do without your full powers! You can't touch me!" God countered.

I growled, "Fuck you! You take away everything from me! WHY?! Because I killed your daughter because she slept with MY HUSBAND?Because she seduced him with her fucking magic and cursed him to love her for enternity?" I pushed him down, "I will get my full power back! And when I do, I'm coming to fucking kill you!"

God smirked, "I guess it's war then."

"I guess it fucking is." And with that, he vanished with a blinding light.

I turned around, "I'm going to Istar."

Meliodas grabbed me, "I don't think so, there's too much for us to talk about."

"We can talk about it when I get back." I brushed him off of me.

Meliodas turned me to him, "No! Because when you get your power back you're not going to want to talk! You're going to want to kill! That's why they were taken in the first place!"

I pushed him off of me, "I don't care. I'm getting them back with or without you."

"Liz, please don't do this." Meli pleaded.

"I'm sorry, Meliodas. But he took Merlin and so much more from me. I want her back."

He held my face, "Liz, we have to talk about what he said."

"NO! No, we don't! You weren't there for me! You left me to fuck some stupid goddess! So there is nothing for us to discuss about the matter!" I walked out the castle doors, hearing the yells from Meliodas behind me.

I soon arrived at the Boar Hat to pack my things, "Sup Mom. What's going on?" Ban and King came into Meliodas and I's room.

"I'm leaving," I continued to pack, "It seems our Lord above has declared war on me since he took Merlin away."

Ban scoffed, "You can't just leave again though, we need you."

"Don't worry, love. I'll be back. I just need to get one of the many things that I was stolen from me."

King intervened, "How does Captain feel about this?"

I stopped and stood up, "He tried to stop me, but it's not any of his business."

"It is his business! You're his wife! He loves you." Ban yelled.

I picked up my bag and shoved passed them, "No, that's not why he tried to stop me at all. He just wants to talk about something God and Elizabeth did to me 3000 years ago. But he left to fuck that goddess, so it's not his business."

They let me out as I wondered off towards Istar.

I love Meliodas but the baby is none of his business. This is my fight and I'll need my powers to win it. I don't care if Meliodas hates me after.

I have to do this.
