"Hello and welcome to the Gates of Heaven." The angel spoke to us from in front of the locked gate, "What brings you here today?"
Meliodas was about to speak but I beat him to it, "I have some business with a certain God and I would like to see him immediately!"
"I am sorry, but our Lord is quite busy today and for the next few months. Shouldn't two demons like you deal with your problems with the Demon King and Queen?" The angel questioned.
I pushed her to the ground and hovered over her, "We are the Demon King and Queen! And I will not take no for an answer! That man will pay for his sins!"
"I'm sorry, Ma'am but our lord is nothing put pure! And, I can't just let you see him!" She pleaded.
My demon wings spread from my back and I bared my fangs at her, "Then I guess you will make a very delicious meal!"
The angel screamed, "No! Please don't eat me! I'll let you in!"
I got up and dusted my hands off, "Very good." Meliodas smirked at me.
The angel opened the gates and then locked them behind us, "Just follow the steps all the way up and you'll see his castle. That is where he will be."
We nodded our heads and made our way up the fluffy stairs. Meliodas intertwined his fingered with mine and kissed my cheek, "I never thought it would come to seeing him again, Liz. I know you have history with him but I thought he was the only answer. He can help us get Merlin back."
I brushed it off, "I don't care about the past if Merlin's involved. I'll do anything to save my sister."
The large golden castle that awaiting in front of us was hard to miss. Though, my anxiety was picking up. I was really going to see him again. One of the evil men that ruined me, and continues to keep ruining me. Somewhere deep down, I know he has a reason for killing Merlin. Was is to bring me back here?
"Are you alright? You're shaking." Meli noticed.
"Honestly, I just never thought I'd be back here." I responded.
Meliodas sighed, "What exactly happened between you and him anyways?"
I looked away, "You might just find out."
He gripped my hand tighter as we entered the large golden doors and walked through the ginormous hallway, down the soft-white rug. In front of us was the ultimate villain, sitting in the golden chair that held his humongous and horrid body, "So you finally came back for more, huh my sweet Liz?" The man smirked.
"I've come back to deal with yet another death you have brought me!" I yelled at the man, letting go of Meli and taking a few steps forward, "Give Merlin back to me!"
He twiddled his thumbs, "Hmmm, let me think.... I think not!" He cackled.
"Why must you always do this to me?! Why do you continue to pick on me?"
"You just remember that I am the reason for your sin, Woman!" The man bellowed, "I will continue to take away everything you love!"
"But why?!" I screamed, "What did I ever do to you?!"
"You killed her, you fucking insolent Demon!" He growled and got up from his throne, "YOU KILLED MY DAUGHTER!"
I looked puzzled, "What? When the hell did I do that?!"
Meliodas looked at me and then to God, "Your daughter was the Goddess Elizabeth, wasn't she?"
God growled, "Yes, she was."
"So you continue to punish me for something that happened almost 3,000 years ago?!" I lunged at him, "She was taking him away from me! My mate away from me! And she was killing him for her own lust and desire!"
"She was no such thing! Elizabeth was a pure angel!"
"No she wasn't. She was some sex-crazed beast who wanted MY husband!" I yelled, "I killed her so he wouldn't die..."
God laughed, "And yet you lost him anyways!"
I turned away but he spoke again, "I will continue to take it all away, just like I did your child and like I did with Merlin. I will kill them all to avenge Elizabeth!"
"But that isn't fair!" Meliodas spoke up. "She did it to protect what she loved, and you do it out of revenge! What kind of ruler are you?! Don't you know that Elizabeth has reincarnated over 108 times! She's with us right now as the Boar Hat!"
"She's alive?" God looked puzzled.
"Of course she is." I looked down, "And I had to lose everything while I watched her take my husband away from me for thousands of years."
"I-I didn't—" He tried to speak.
"You didn't know? Yeah, that's funny."
"I can bring Merlin back to you if you take me to Elizabeth." He bargained. I looked at him in need, "But I can't bring back your son."
"I guess it's a deal then." I spoke up.
"Well I'm glad that's settled!" Meliodas cheered, "Wait? Your son?!"
