"I'm sending all of you the location now!" Tony shouted and his suit started to envelop his every limb. "Not a single one of them is escaping this time." He said sternly and took off.

All of the exits were covered.

Tony tracked all heat signatures and was the first in the building immediately making his was down to the underground tunnel JARVIS had detected.

None of them were escaping. The bomb they were going to detonate to implode the tunnel was immediately deactivated, the bullets shooting towards him by the 5 strys members.

"That's cute" and fired tranquilizers their way.

"And where do you think you're going?" Tony shouted and the man just ran as fast as possible tony laughed and flew his way knocking him to the ground once he caught up. Followed by being tossed into the wall so hard the concrete cracked, "that one is courtesy of captain America"

The man coughed and stood up, "so you found his body?" He laughed. He obviously didn't know that he wasn't dead.

Tonys faceplate lofted and he smiled back, "even better," the man stopped laughing "we found him alive you sick son of a bitch." Tony landed one last iron fist to the Germans face and watched him collapse to the floor.

It wasn't long until they were back at the compound, all 73 strys agents were taken into custody alive, the 150 shield agents must've just been too much for them.

Tony however went straight back to the hospital, he walked the halls still wearing the suit and having it and JARVIS stand idle by the door. Even with everyone in custody, nobody—and he means nobody—will ever come close to doing this ever again. Not on his watch.

He sat down next to his bed and watched him for a minute. He couldn't tell for sure if the swelling had gone down it all he could do was hope he'd recover and tony would have the chance to wake up beside him.
