"Do you want us to pick you up?"
Umiling ako sa tanong ni Ate Sunni. "I'll go with Drich and Aki. Drich surely brought his car."
"Cool. Take care, alright? We'll tour Ariel around tomorrow." She kissed me on my cheek and hugged me.
"I'm excited to see her again. I really hope things between her and Tita Marina are okay." I said, with a very hopeful voice.
She tapped my back,alluring me. "I hope so too. Go find your friends. I'll leave when you're already inside..." she whispered.
I waved my hand goodbye and started walking towards the entrance. Nang makapasok, I checked if Ate already left and she's entering her car.
Before entering the hotel and resort, you have to show your ticket to the lobby. Hindi naman kailangan ng pila dahil dire-diretso ang daloy ng mga pumapasok dito. I've seen people who knows me and I just smiled at them.
"SG?" I looked at the person who called me.
I saw Joaquin, the student council president. I waved at him.
"You look great!" I complimented.
He looks so nice with his hawaiian shirt and white beach shorts. He partnered it with sandals. Mukha talaga siyang magbebeach!
"Thanks! You are so..." he eyed me from head to toe, "gorgeous!"
I thanked him and he left. He entered the function hall. I gave my ticket and they gave me my keycard. You can go straight to the hall or go check your room. I decided to call Aki while finding my room.
"Aki?" I greeted. "Where are you as of now?"
"I'm here at the hotel room. Fifth floor, 56B." She said.
I looked at my keycard. We're in the same room!
"Gosh, parehas tayo ng kwarto. I'm on my way. I'll hang up." I ended the call and entered the elevator.
May iilan akong nakasabay na siguro ay hinahanap din muna ang kanilang kwarto. I reached the fifth floor and searched for 56B. Agad ko itong nahanap at binuksan.
"Aki!" I shouted. There are two Queen sized beds and I saw things on the left so I put mine on the right.
Akia came from the bathroom I think. She really is wearing her white off shoulder dress with her gladiators. She also sported her gold minimalist hoop earrings. I can see her natural looking make up and it suited her well.
"You look nice!" I hugged her tight and she did the same.
"You too!" She pulled off from the hug and eyed me from head to toe. "Bagay na bagay sa'yo kahit wala kang accessories!"
I smiled and fixed my things. It's already 6 and the event will start at 7PM. The first part of the event is the booths in the function hall. I've seen it in the magazines they gave us last week. But I guess, it's different because I'll get to see it in person. This year's theme is El Nido, Palawan. I can't wait for the main highlight of this party!
"Are you going to stay here until tomorrow?" Aki asked while putting her stuff on the cabinets here inside the hotel room. I went to the bathroom and put my toiletries on the sink. Aki went inside and took out her phone. We did a few mirror shots and she said she'll tag me on ig. I took a few solo photos to post on my ig story. I placed my location and added it to my story.
"Tara, baba na tayo sa function hall." Pag-aaya ko kay Aki.
"Sure!" She excitedly went to me and we left our room.
