Once I reached the room, I couldn't find anybody around. I didn't want to let my anger and frustration out on something so little as this.

Something so little, my mind scoffed at me.

It wasn't little, this whole thing almost ruined your life.

Now’s not the time mind.

My phone beeped, I walked over to where it was so I could get it.

It was a message from an unknown number,

Stalker: Hey beautiful 💞

Me: Do I know you?

Stalker: No, but you will soon. See you later princess, xoxo.

The person went offline.

I'm very sure it was a boy...

Stalker kwa? ( Which kind of stalker).

Akwa stalker ( That kind stalker).

I dropped my phone back on my locker and put on my clothes. Checking the time, it read 5:45.

Dinner was by seven so I still had time, I decided to give me rice out to some friends after light out, in case they were hungry.

I laid on my bed, not in the mood to sleep again...my mind wondering off.

And then I remember the threat Chika gave me..that girl ehen...

I wonder what she meant by warn your sister, I took my phone, ready to call Faith, then a call came.

It read in bold the word, "STALKER."

He just finished messaging me and now he's calling...hmmm, this boy has airtime to waste, he should follow and give me small.

"Hi."

"Hello beautiful."

O.M.G!!!

His voice is...I fit die for him.

You don craze, my mind told me.

“Do I know you from somewhere?”

“Well, actually, you do, I go to your school.”

My school?

Wait, this boy na the new kid Kate bin talk about.

Oh...

“So, Mr. Stalker, are you perhaps the guy my best friend and sister won't stop talking about?”

“Well, seeing that you've figured it out yourself, there's no need for me to hide again.” He chuckled.

“Yeah, so may I have the honour of knowing your name.”

What? Don't blame me.

For some reason, I felt drawn to him, I wouldn't say he's the one for me, but I knew we had this connection, I could just feel it.

See me, talking right out of a novel.

“I’m John. John Mfonobong.”

“And I guess you already know my name, so there's no need for introducing myself.”

“Yeah.”

“So tell me about yourself, Mr. Stalker,” I teased.

“Okay ma, well, I go to your school, I'm sixteen, I sit behind you in class, I think you know all this already.”

“Well, I didn't know your age, so that's new info, so, do you have any hobbies?”

“I love anything artistic, you get why I'm doing arts but I mostly like painting and photography.”
