DARSHAN'S POV

"I got two girls!" Griselda continues eyeing Aaliya and then Sria.

"I left them in two different orphanages and left from India! I did make sure to check up with the orphanages how they were doing!"she added.

"One of them got adopted in four months" she said looking at Aaliya. I feel her fingers tighten around mine. Her eyes flashed with horror while her face looked like someone drained all the blood out of her.

"While the other got adopted by the age of 1!"she said catching my attention. While she said this she looked at Sria whose face had been flooded with tears by now.

"I have been checking and following what's up to their lives till now!"Griselda spoke.

"Want to reveal the next!" Griselda offered Sria. She gulped a lump in her throat taking a deep breath before speaking.

"The two girls are us Aaliya; You and I!" Sria said in low voice as a fresh lot of tears made down her face.

"What the hell are you saying Sria? Are you out of your mind?"I scram at her. I look at Aaliya, she has no expressions, she's just staring at into the air, at nothing. Just standing there as if some took the life out of her.

"It's true Darshan! What a coincidence it is?" Griselda sparked.

"When I found both my daughters are in Dubai, I tried kidnapping Aaliya first! But she escaped; both the times!"

"It was very difficult to kidnap Sria, she has good self defense skills"she said in dismay.

"Then I kidnapped Sria's younger sister and blackmailed her to bring Aaliya here!" She said shamelessly. "This way I had both my daughters in front of me!"she added

"What?"I say in disbelief.

"Honestly Darshan did you think it was all only about the tape? I could retrieve it when I wanted to! I have more spies in your office than you could imagine!"she added evilly.

How the hell did this point miss me? She is a very strong, manipulative and rich woman she can do anything!

"I first disclosed this to Sria, I thought we'd tell Aaliya together, and have a happy reunion! But my younger daughter didn't take it positively!"she said with a bit of disappointment in her voice rolling her eyes.

From my side view I saw Sria stumble a little and Sameer held her to support her.

"What did you expect me to do? Hug you? Cry to meet my mother? Who thinks we were parasites?" Sria shouted as more tears spilled from her eyes.

I snaked my hand on Aaliya waist. But she didn't respond. She just stood there. She didn't cry, she didn't shout or express her feelings! She just stood there cold, hurt and deceived!

"How did you even think we believe you?"I questioned her.

"Well if you don't get a DNA test done!" Griselda said with confidence, how can this woman so apathetic?

I felt Aaliya stumble and I held her firmly. I looked at her she looks lifeless, there was no change in her expression. She just stood there like a monument.

"You don't deserve anyone in you life! You'll be punished for what you did to us, god will punish you!"Sria screamed to her. Sameer tried to calm her down but she just kept cursing Griselda!
