When Phana accepted Ming as his boyfriend, they only told few people: Wayo, Beam, Kit, and Forth, it wasn't like they were hiding it, but it was something so new that they wanted to keep it just for them. They didn't invite all their friends to a big celebration party. They just sat on Ming's couch, nursing him after a fever over spoiled food, smiling and holding hands and wiping happy tears from the campus moon. They ate some soup Beam got for Ming, watched a sappy movie, had some awesome cuddles and that was it.

Then Ming had the incredible not really idea of letting Moowarn know about his relationship, she was very surprised he was dating a man. It's not like she has a problem with that, because of course not, they have friends who are gay and never saw that as something bad, it's just that the last time they hablaron over the phone, he vowed he was never going to find someone as cute as her, then again, the last time was almost 3 months ago so... things really change.

When Ming is alone in his room, Moowarn calls him again and says 'I have something to tell you and you're not going to like it', he can recognize the malicious tone hidden in concern, just because they didn't see each other, didn't mean Ming had forgotten who he was talking to, and Ming can't really say that he's surprised by how this will turn.

"I have something to tell you..." Moowarn says.

"Sure."

"I... I don't think it's a good idea you date that guy."

"... Excuse me?" Ming says with a frown, sitting in front of his desk

"It's just... Just hear me out, ok? I did meet your parents and they liked me right? So I know that they would not like him... I just don't think he's the right guy for you, ok? I just want you to be safe, and happy." she says with a tentative tone almost childlike.

Ming gets a deep frown on his face, wide eyes and anger going through his veins. He closes his eyes, inhales deeply, exhales and opens his mouth.

"Moowarn, I know you're a good girl, but in what world do you think my parents or you, would have any say in this? First they loved me, and trusted me, second, you don't even know him!".

Moowarn voice got more haughty and even insulting. "I know Wayo liked him first"

"No." Ming interrupts. "Don't even go there, you don't understand. We haven't seen each other in a while, you don't know half of the things I had to put up to be with him. And I don't need to give any sort of explanation to a person I used to date. I told you for old times' sake, not to ask for your opinion."

Moowarn startles Ming with anger "I worry about you!"

"I don't need you to worry about me. I want you to be my friend, and cheer me for getting the man I like; smile, and wish me good luck. That would be enough"

"Let's talk face to face"

Ming finished the call with a headache he didn't have at the beginning

It was just a few days later that she was waiting for him on the parking lot, he got closer hesitantly

"How could you be doing this to me? After all this time !? Ming! I've been waiting for you, I let you play with the idea of that boy because I knew that nothing was going to happen" she started as he pulled his keys

"Moowarn... I really love him" he said with the head high "I am very sorry if I gave you a wrong idea of our relationship, I appreciate you very much, you are a good friend, but this time I am really interested in Phana and I will not leave him, you and i broke up"

"Please Ming!" she caged him against his door, a glint of desperation in her eyes and then she was kissing him.

"Ming?" Phana was looking at him, a furious face, Ming felt he would just die there as Phana walked to them.

"P'Pha is not what you think!" he assured, but Phana just got closer and looked Moorwan in the eye

"Who is she?"

"I'm his girlfriend!"
"Moorwan!" Ming scold her, face enraged "No P'Pha please" he begged, clinging to Phana shirt, he felt the world was going to collapse, all his hard work in getting Pha just down the drain because his so called friend, his legs felt weak, he slide to the ground, Phana took a step forward, the girl looked tiny infront of him "I don't hit girls, but if you come here again and make my boyfriend uncomfortable i'm not sure what i would do, leave now, i don't want to find out"

"He is going to leave you, he gets bored easily, that's why it never last" she spat, but turned around angry and stomped away. Seconds that to Ming seemed hours passed before Pha turned to him and slowly unclenched his fists.

"It's not true P" he said dejected, in a quivering voice

"I don't care what anybody else thinks." he grabbed Ming's arms and pulled him up, he let his own chest pressed against the other, their were breathing in sync quickly. "I told you i was going to work for this" points his finger at the two of them. Min let his head rest against Phana's shoulder, the older let his hands slide to Ming's waist pressing them together. "Do you understand Mingkwan?, even if she were right, i'll make sure you never get bored of me" he whispered with warm breath to Ming's ear, earning him a full shudder from his boyfriend.

"I don't understand, she's supposed to be my friend... why would she do that?"

"I don't think she see you as his friend Ming, she was still waiting for you" Pha met Ming's eyes and let his hand travel to his nape, pulling him again for a short kiss "too bad, she lost her chance of a good friend".
