Chapter 18: How Marie Met Carter

Back at the Beastman Coop Michiru, Nazuna and Marie were in the upstairs guest bedroom, Marie was sitting on Carters bed which they had made love on not that long ago and Michiru and Nazuna  were sitting on Michiru's bed that was directly across from Marie itami, both Michiru and Nazuna were staring at Marie inventively as they were there to talk about one thing and one thing only and that was Marie's relation ship with Carter

Nazuna Hiwatashi: Sooo go on tell us how you two first met.

Michiru Kagemori: Yeah even I am curious as to how you two met.

Marie Itami; Well it started over a year back when I was still my usual scheming self looking to make some quick money by scamming people. I wanted to try my luck in the Mainland where I met Carter on a main street waiting at a Airport terminal bus station where I tried to sell cheap souvenirs to him because as you now he was a foreigner and I thought that he was a tourist so I approached him because he looked gullible so I thought that I might be able to scam him and make some easy money. I greeted myself to him and asked if he was a tourist and that I might be able to help him out. He replied that he wasn't and that he was living here and that he aims to try and help Beastman. Of course this peaked my interests as I nor any Beastman has heard of such a thing of a human wanting to Help Beastmen. This was before Beastmen were given rights so if it was worse now you should have seen how we were treated then.

Michiru Kagemori: Please do go on.

Marie Itami: So I asked him what do you plan on doing here for Beastmen or that he would try to do anyway, I laughed at him mockingly. He told me that He wants to help get Beastmen rights and that he would try and help them as he knew about the hunters. Afterwards like a jerk I laughed at him and told him good luck and that he should find me when he had protected a Beastman from hunters, after that I left him at the terminal to find someplace else to scam people.

Michiru Kagemori: Wow that sounded harsh even for you.

Marie Itami: I know. So anyway it was late and I was walking about when I noticed a group of hunters following me they noticed that I had noticed and they started to chase me and so I tried to run away from them. At some point I ran down an alley way to see if I could out maneuver them by climbing onto the roof only that there were now fire escapes or pipes it was just a dead end.

Nazuna Hiwatashi: Shit so what did you do?

Marie Itami: It weren't about what I did it's what a certain someone did for me.

Michiru and Nazuna giggled as they know what she was about to say.

Marie Itami: So I was trapped and out of panic I morphed into a mink to better help my chances if I had to fight my way out. When I saw a figure jump down behind them, it was Carter he smashed two of the goons head together knocking them out then one of them tried to go at him with a knife. Carter disarmed the guy and stabbed him in the leg and then threw him at a wall knocking that guy out as well. After he had taken them out he approached me, I got a bit defensive when he approached me as I was still in my Mink form and so I didn't know what he was going to do even though he obviously saved my life.

Nazuna Hiwatashi: Then what happened after he came up to you, you didn't attack him in defense did you?!

Michiru Kagemori: Nah of course she didn't it wouldn't of made sense.

Marie Itami: I would have if I had too Michiru, but in this case I didn't. He approached me and then said "You told me to come find you when you saved a Beastman, sorry If I came to you earlier than expected."

Michiru Kagemori: Wow that was ballsy to say.

Marie Itami: I know right? So any way he said that he would walk me to where I needed and since after what had happened I let him, eventually we got to my boat and so he said that If I needed help I could call him and that he gave me his number. He then asked that if he needed a ride to get someone out of the mainland that I could help him. So I said that I would help if the money was right, and so thats when I started to help him and then eventually sometime after that, that was when I helped you Michiru.

Michiru Kagemori annoyed: Yeah after I gave you all of my money.

Marie Itami: So anyway I continued to help him when I became friends with him we talked over the phone and in person so you could say that I had regular contact with him at that point and then after that was when I started to have feelings for him. And then after he became a Beastman those feelings only came out more and her we are today.

Nazuna Hiwatashi: So what about the part where you had sex?

Michiru Kagemori: Nazuna what are you talking about?

Marie Itami Nervously: Yeah Nazuna what are you on about we didn't have sex.

Nazuna Hiwatashi: You did have sex because as a Canid Beastman I can smell that you had sex. You were marked and unfortunately I can tell it was in this room. 

Michiru wide eyed and mouth ajar stared at Nazuna and who could not believe what her best friend just said. Michiru slowly turned her head at Marie Itami and looked at her with the same expression. Marie Itami was in a cold sweat scared at what will they might say or do next, she sat there quietly waiting for someone to break the awkward silence other than her.

Michiru Kagemori: HAHAHA MARIE YOUR FACE!

Nazuna Hiwatashi: *giggles* your face does look funny.

Marie Itami: Fuck you guys, that really meant something to me.

Michiru Kagemori: We know it does, we're not making fun of you we're happy for you!

At Michiru's words and hearing her and Nazuna laugh she could not help but giggle herself and blush heavily at how embarrassing the situation was and that they now knew what she and Carter did in the bedroom. But now she wondered if what Nazuna said was true about Canid's abilities does that mean that because Carter went with Shiro does that mean that Shiro now knows too?
