(2 weeks before the guard forms)
Kion was hanging out with Bunga while playing Tag. They played for a while until Bunga had to go. "Sorry Kion, uncle Timon said he has a surprise for me." Bunga said. "O-oh, that's fine." Kion said nervously. "Cool" Bunga said. After the honey badger left, Kion ran back to pride rock. He ran as fast as he could, he didn't want to run into Kizimu and his gang. Kion's heart nearly froze when he heard it. "Well, Well, Well, if it isn't wittle baby Kion. " Kizimu said. He was a lion that was a bit bigger then Kion. He had 4 other lions that were just as big, 2 crocodiles the same size and 1 giraffe. All male and around the sane age. "C-Come on, let me go." Kion said trembling. "Awww, the little baby was to go cry to his mommy." One of the lions said. On the outside Kion looked scared. On the inside, he was petrified. He wanted to burst out crying, he wanted to go to someone. But he had never told anyone how he felt. "Haha, come on Kion. What, you need your sister to protect you. At least she has done something with her life." The Giraffe said. Of course in this time, the lions circled Kion. "C-Come on guys, please" Kion begged with a tear running down his cheek. "Hahahahaha, look at the little baby cry." A lion said as he pushed Kion. Another lion went and pinned him to the ground. "Hi where to run now little runt." A crocodile said as the other bit Kion's arm. "Ahhhh!" Kion screamed. "You know, he could beat you up, but what would that do, your a no one, your parents prefer Kiara, and when I finish making your entire life miserably, you will be even less then you are know." Kizimu said. He then pointed to a hill. The other lions grabbed Kion and threw him off the hill then left. Kion just laid there crying. He wept and sobbed for ten minutes before getting up and walking to pride rock. He had a bite mark on his arm and a few bruises. But no one should see them. When he got to pride rock he tried his hardest not to limp or cry. When he got there, he was met by Kiara, Tifu and Zuri. "Hey Kion" Tifu and Zuri said. "Hey girls" Kion said annoyed. He tried to cover up the voice cracks by trying to sound annoyed. "What, you don't what us to be nice, ha, your pathetic." Kiara said happily. Kion was destroyed, Kiara had teased him in the past, but this, this was new, this just hurt. "K-Kiara ca-." Kion trues tried to say. "K-k honestly, grow up. Your pathetic is what you are. Kiara will be queen and what will you be, huh, Happy, you won't even be that." Zuri said. It took EVERYTHING Kion had not to burst our crying. Still, a few tears mad there way from his eyes. "Haha, look Z, he's crying, the babies crying." Tifu said. Kion quickly left, going into pride rock, he was still crying a bit. But of course his parents didn't know or care. He walked right passed them and even kissed his mother. It was now night time and everyone went to bed. Kiara's last word to Kion before going to sleep was "see you tomorrow looser." After ten minutes, everyone was asleep. But soon, Kion jolted awake. For the 8th night in a row, he had waken from a nightmare. He knew what fallowed next. All that pain he felt. Those animals insulting him, them beating him, his own sister telling him he's a waste. Kion started to cry. He Cried for 6 minutes before his parents woke up. Kion tried to look like he was still asleep, but he had tears all down his face, a stuffy nose, red eyes from Not sleeping for so long and was still crying. All his parents had to do was touch or look at him and then they would know about everything. Kion knew his parents would check on him and prepared to tell them everything. But, they went to check on Kiara, she told them everything was fine, and they took her to cuddle with them without checking or inviting Kion. After they fell asleep Kion ran, he ran to a place where no one would Find him. It was a cave that's entrance was blocked by vines and stones. Kion however found away in a few weeks ago. He went there and when he did, just cried his eyes out. He was out of choices. Bunga would just laugh at him, Ono wouldn't understand, Beshte would care to much, Fuli would just scoff at him, Kiara thought he was pathetic and his parents didn't care about him. Kion was going threw hell, and worse, he had no one to help him. Every day, for 6 more days, the exact same thing happened. Kion would play with Bunga, he would get beat up and picked on by the other kids, He would get verbally abused by Kiara and her friends, be ignored by his parents and cry himself to sleep in his cave ever night. Until one day. Kion was walking back to pride rock and Kizimu and his gang. "I told them this is wear you like to hang out, have fun wuse." Kiara said before leaving. "Haha, this will be fun." Kizimu said while waking closer to Kion. Something happened to Kion, he was filled with sadness. All that pain was coming back to him. But now, he wasn't sad, he was mad. Tears stripped down his face as his eyes sharpened on Kizimu. "Haha, he's actually cryi-." Kizimu tried to say before Kion tackled him to the ground. Kizimu's gang was goona fight back, but that's when they saw it, Kion, scratching everything. Kizimu's arms, his legs, face, ever were. Kiara turned back to see Kion pick up Kizimu and throw him down a hill.
Still, that didn't change much. Kion still suffered every day till he got the roar. After he did and saved Kiara, he stopped getting picked on. But still. Almost every night he'd be woken up by fear and cry himself to sleep.
After he went to the tree of life, he visited the Pridelands a lot. 1 trip, after the birth of his niece. He got some truth potions from Rafiki, then he told Kiara and his parents about everything. All the nights he spent crying, all the things the other kids said to him and how they made him feel. All three of them lost there voices due to how much they cried and begged Kion to forgive them. Kiara couldn't believe how horrible a sister she was, and his parents didn't even know how much they favored Kiara. It took a long time, but soon after the birth of his kids, Kion stopped wakeing up from the nightmare. He just hoped that this kind of stuff wouldn't happen to his kids.
