Chapter 7: Househeld
Pierces POV
Her room wasn’t how I pictured it at all. Despite it being spacious and bigger than the apartment I grew up in, I felt suffocated hiding amongst her pink furniture and plush toys. It was an urban jungle of fruit-smelling girly crap. Who the f_ck was my love before I knew her?
“Hey I scored you pizza, but it’s cold; I heard footsteps so I had to leave the kitchen before I could heat it up,” Ail smiled at me once she’d properly closed and locked her bedroom door. “Sorry,” she handed over my make-shift cold pizza dinner on a silver tray. I wasn’t complaining, but I honestly didn’t have much of an appetite these days.
My fight and crash wounds were pretty much gone and my muscles needed a good work out, which was impossible since I’d spent the last 5 days couped up in Ail’s bedroom hiding from her dad. I tried to work out the other day, I was able to do push-ups, sit-ups and jog on the spot for hours on end, except I broke her closet rail, and obviously it wasn’t built to be used to hold the weight of a fit 6 foot 2, 165 pound guy. I was restless in her house, except not just figuratively. I couldn’t sleep at night due to the awkward semi-b#ners I was getting from being squished next to her in a day bed thingy and although her hair smells nice I don’t appreciate it up my nose while I desperately try to sleep. As much as I love Aileen and want to be with her this living arrangement just wasn’t working; I just don’t fit in her life anymore.
Aileen’s POV
He was distracting me from my biology home work. Although this whole school thing seemed like crap I was actually finding myself enjoying my education and the human body is an intriguing topic I want to do well in, but I gave up and put down my text book as he started to tongue my ear. I turned and caught his lips on my mine. I loved having Pierce here with me and I showed him exactly how much that was as our embraced heated and we fell to my hideous fuzzy pink bean bag.
I relaxed my body against his as our tongues tangoed, in whose mouth I couldn’t even tell, it’s like ours combined to one. His hands travelled the length of my legs and my breath caught in my throat. Noticing this he began to trail kisses down my neck until he reached the tops of my breasts where he began to lightly suck. I tipped my head back and coaxed my lungs to keep control. He ran his teeth over my fading cuts fully aware of how itchy they had become in the healing process. I ran my hands under his shirt and attempted to make it ride up enough that he’d remove it.
The smart boy catching my drift flung his shirt onto my rainbow circle rug. I pushed him onto his back and ran my nails down his sides. I flicked my tongue in and out of my mouth as I nuzzled my jaw down his chest careful to avoid his healing bruises on his stomach and chiselled Pecs. He groaned and pulled me back onto his lap and I could consciously feel his b#oner against my inner thigh. I wriggled my hips to tease him and he caught my bottom lip between his teeth and pulled my body to rest on his sinking into a deep sinful kiss.
A rush of lust made my head dizzy as his hands tugged up my shirt in a not so subtle manner, I almost consented to the removal but instead I jumped off him spooked by a knock on my door. Pierce rolled his eyes and ran to my closet while I answered the door. “Yes?” I questioned impatiently, Gino squirmed uncomfortably, I could almost see his words forming on his tongue. “Your-father-requires-you-to-come-to-a-special-luncheon-this-weekend,” his words were rushed, “ I’m inquired to um… orderrr…uh…inform you..that ah… you-need-to-go-buy-a-appropriate attire for the occasion.’ His breathing was now heavy and he looked physically relieved to have finally said what was required. “Your bank card has been topped with spending money and a car is waiting out front for you now,” With that Gino bounced away before I could protest, smart guy.
I sighed as I closed the door. “This isn’t working,” Pierce growled.
“Course it is, Gino didn’t expect a thing,” I shrugged the dilemma off.
“That’s not was I meant,” Pierce shook his head, “I can’t live here like this! I haven’t been out in days!”
“Look I know it’s not ideal…” I started, but he cut me off.
“I love you Ail, I love you to death, but I can’t live like this any longer. I just don’t fit in your life anymore.” He caressed my cheek trying to calm me as his words settled in.
“Hey, you will always fit in my life no matter what happens! You hear me? No matter what!”
