"What do you want?" I asked, with the arms crossed over my chest. Micah almost immediately went to my chest and I scoffed.

"Try to be a little more discrete would ya." I mumbled under my breath.

I guess he heard me because he let out a little snicker and he was now grinning. The thing that made my mouth drop was his eyes. If I hadn't looked at his forest green orbs earlier today then I wouldn't have known that his pitch black eyes with golden specks were not natural.

But the problem is, I know for a fact that his eyes are green.

Before I could comprehend what's happening I'm thrown over his shoulder and he jumps out of the window.

He runs really fast and in no time we are in a clearing in the middle of the woods. Normally I would find this enchanting. But since he practically kidnaped me I was scared shitless.

I mean I don't know anything about him besides his name, If that's even his real one.

He was acting really weird and he kept looking around the edges of the clearing. Almost in an anxious kind of way.

The moon was now out but it wasn't a full moon. Instead it was a crescent moon.

The forest is usually a place that is bustling with life. It doesn't matter if it's day or night.

So you can imagine that I was extremely on edge because you could literally hear a pin drop.

It was deathly silent. The calm before the storm, the peace before the disturbance, the breath before the plunge.

We spent a whole five minutes in this unnerving silence and just when I was about to say something I was cut off by a long, deep growl.

I then noticed that we were not as alone as I had originally thought. In fact we were surrounded by glowing yellow lights that I would have thought were fireflies before I was introduced to the supernatural.

Slowly but surely the wolves.or werewolves started to close in on us. Some had scars, and had missing limbs. Others had this crazed look in their eye that said they were out for blood.

One of the wolves shifted into a girl. And she was as naked as the day she was born. But I don't think it really bothered her.

She had blonde hair that obviously died, because you can see that her dark black roots needed a touch up and brown eyes.

She walked straight past me and right to Micah. My supposed mate. Aaliyah did some explain when I took a shower.

And it turns out i don't like the idea of having it mate. It sounds to domestic for me and I would like to be the one that chooses who I spend the rest of my life with, not some moon goddess.

The moon goddess. Every time someone tried to explain to me about werewolves and their way of life it always starts with the moon goddess.
Anyhow.

The girl had stood on her tippy toes, grabbed Micahs neck and kissed him. And for some weird reason Aaliyah whimpered loudly in my head causing me to have a headache.

It seemed like they were kissing for hours when really it was only a few seconds. I had this indescribable ache in my chest.

I felt really weird and I had to stop myself from going over to them and ripping that girl off Micahs lips.

I blamed it on this supposed mate bond.

I don't know why it bothered me. It's not like we were in any kind of a relationship.

I had been so caught up in my own world that I didn't notice that all of my potential killers shifted and were all staring at me. Naked.

It was extremely weird but the only thing that I could think of was why the hell I was here. Yet again my thoughts were interrupted by Micah.

"We move on the Fort Onai pack now." Micah growled.

"The current chain of command is tainted. We may be rogues but today we save this pack from their own downfall." He continues.

Downfall, Rogues, what the hell is going on? Who are these people and why are they listening to Micah? I thought he was the gamma not the Alpha. But maybe this could explain how he was able to beat brownie.

I let out a laugh from my own thoughts, I still don't know his name.

I guess I interrupted Micahs speech because in the blink of an eye everyone reverted their eyes towards me and Micah started growling at me.

He stopped three inches from my face. He said something but I wasn't listening. Instead I was praying to the lord that he didn't spit on my face.

My prayers of course were in vain because at the end of his rant one drop of his
Nasty
Saliva
Landed on my  right cheek. I tried really, really hard to contain. But then his fist raised and in one quick powerful swing he punched the same cheek he spit on.

The hit sent me straight to the ground. My curly brown hair fell over my face so no one could see the one tear that escaped my closed eye lids.

I stood up slowly my head still down. I dusted he dirt off my clothes and lifted my head up slowly.

"I Gamma Micah of the Fort Onai pack and Alpha of the rouge pack reject you omega and temporary Fort Onai pack member Rosabella Avonk as my mate" Micah says with a blank expression on his face.

"You have 20 seconds to get out of this clearing before I order a team to go and kill you, For the massacre of the Fort Onai Pack. Run." Micah said with a crazed look in his eyes. He had this creepy smile etched on his face.

My heart felt like it was broken into a thousand pieces. But I did not allow one tear to escape. I turned and stared to run I had wasted 10 seconds just standing there.

I ran off into a random direction but when I heard the sound of falling water I knew exactly where I was. The water fall.

I would have stopped there and gone to the place I spent my first shift at but the place only appears when there's a full moon.

I ran past the water fall, I have never been this deep into the forest but I felt the thump of paws on the forest floor behind me and I could tell they were getting closer. With a new surge of energy a ran even faster than I thought was possible for me.

I kept running in running with only one thought in my head.

I don't want to die.

I approached a cliff and knew that this was the end of the line.

The wolves appeared not long after I reached the cliff. They surrounded me and then I realized that I had only to choices that I could make.

The first, I try to fight off all ten wolves and inevitably get ripped to shreds and die a long painful death.

Or secondly I jump off the cliff into the rocky surface, hope that I don't hit any rocks when I get down there and swim to shore.

I guess I'm going behind door number two.

Before anyone of them could move I ran and jumped off the cliff.

The water was freezing cold, and I was silently grateful that I had room swimming lesson throughout my life.

I turned around right when I saw a humongous wave and tried to swim way. Key word being tried.

The wave crashed down on my and all I saw was darkness. But even then only one phrase was repeating through my mind.

I don't want to die.
