I have to apologize for the bad grammar and plots that just don't make sense, I'm trying to fix all this sooner or later
with that set, I'm rewriting most of my stories and changing some words

also, I don't think I'm doing a second part for runaway (m.w) I don't really get any ideas for the plot so sorry about that.

Princess Y/n time has finally arrived, it was time for her to decide who she going to spend the rest of her life with.
she didn't have many options, she couldn't pick anyone, it had to be someone at her 'level' someone from royalty.
but she knew better, her family was going to end up setting her up with the prince of Mexico or Canada.
She needed someone who will help her rule America

Option One: The Prince Of Mexico
Sebastian Hidalgo-Lopez,
Twin, being the youngest.

and Option two: The Prince of Canada
Finn Wolfhard,
Second Child
Both acceptable for the crown, both won't become kings in their own country leading them to seek a crown in another.

The king and queen talked to y/n already,
They didn't want her to think she couldn't choose who she wanted

"Y/n, your mother and I have talked about this.. about your and America's future... we don't want you to feel pressure but we will recommend if you looked into the Prince of Canada, we need their help more than anything right now and we already talked to the Queen and King of Canada, they're expecting America's crown to go to their youngest son"

"you what??" Y/n  couldn't believe it, she didn't even get to pick and she knew what was coming.

"We are doing this for America," the King and y/n said in unison

she always did everything for America

The queen and king are throwing a ball dance at the Royal Palace, truly they just want y/n to meet the Prince of Canada, of course, they had to invite the Prince of Mexico too.

Y/n had to look perfect, everyone was invited. She needed to look presentable

The ball dance was boring.

Y/n was looking for either prince
She spotted the Prince of Mexico first,

"go presents yourself darling,"the King told y/n

The Prince hair is a dark brown, about 2/3 inches taller than her, brown skin, he was indeed beautiful.
but y/n  knew better, she had no option
She was bummed, he was so polite and sweet with her, if her parents haven't agreed to give the crown to Finn she would have definitely chosen him.
they talked for a long time, a little more than necessary.
both started speaking in Spanish, the Prince preferable language, no trouble to y/n
She knew over 12+ languages
English, Spanish, French, Finnish, etc.
She had to learn them in school, a future queen requirement.

"Your royal highness" her bodyguard interrupted

"The king wants to have a word with you" she nodded.

"I'll be there in a minute"
Her bodyguard nodded and left.

"Seems like they need you," Sebastian said

"Sorry about that" y/n apologized.

she handed him a piece of paper
"My number" she clears.

"I'll love to keep you as a friend," she asked

"Of course," he said

"Why haven't you presented yourself to Prince Finn already"

"I haven't seen him, sorry father"

"Go along, he's right there"
she let her bodyguard lead the way

Finn was holding a drink on his right hand, but she  couldn't tell what type of drink
he was sitting all the way in the back of the room in the left corner
He has pale skin, dark curly hair, and really tall.

"Y/n" The prince spoke.

"Pleasure to finally meet you Finn" the princess replied.

"I assume you already know what our parents agreed on?" she said

"I do"
both stayed silent for a minute

"You're not this formal are you?"

"Pardon?"

"Really, what's the point of trying to be so polite?"

Finn slanted back
Y/n just looked at him in disbelief, she could tell she wasn't going to like him.

"I believe you just want the crown, correct?"

"you're not wrong"

"Let's settle this then, let's pretend... that we're in love, the perfect couple, in return you get the crown"

Finn raised an eyebrow
He sat back up again

"You don't believe you could fall in love with me?" He question

"I think you just want the crown, not me"

Finn took a sip of his drink, still keeping eye contact with y/n

"deal, with one exception"

"Which is?"

"Oh, you will fall in love with me
Just wait"
Y/n tried not to roll her eyes

"Well aren't you a cocky motherfucker"
she said before thinking

"I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to say that"
She looked at her surroundings making sure no one heard her

Finn started laughing at her
"One of my best features" Finn winked at her

She couldn't tell if he was flirting with her or just teasing her.

"will you like to come with me to Washington library tomorrow?" she asked hoping he didn't think it was too soon

"I'll be there," he says

"Prince Finn" I heard my father approach us

"Your majesty" Finn stood up

"I've seen you got the chance to meet y/n"

"Indeed I have"

"have you guys settle a day for the wedding?"

Finn and I looked at each other
"Father!" I couldn't believe him

"Don't you think it's too early your majesty?" Finn said

"nonsense! The sooner the better"

"okay that's enough"

"Pleasures meeting you Finn"
Finn nodded

"Will you lead the way father"

"of course"

When we were far enough from Finn, I started arguing with my father, I couldn't believe he just did that.

So much for being royals.
