Unknowns POV

I walked along side of the road. My big heavy orange backpack was starting to get annoying. My shoulders ached and I'd been walking for two days.

I looked up ahead and saw a town. I sighed in relief and sped up slightly.

I walked into the first store I saw which was a grocery store. I got out my gun and put it in front of me. The doors were open which was a good and bad sign. Bad because walkers could just walk in and good because they could walk out.

I got my knife out also putting it in my good hand.

Walking carefully down the isles I grabbed food and drinks and stuffed it into my bag. I heard cars outside so I ran to the back of the store killing two of the undead on my way there.

I opened the back door to find a small room with a few boxes and none of those things so I went inside and closed the door.

I head footsteps and a loud voice speaking. I couldn't make out what the voice was saying.

I heard the footsteps coming closer. My heart rate speeding up with every pounding footstep I heard.

"This blood is fresh. Someone's been here recently. Check everywhere. Can't risk it." I heard the voice that I heard before. I could hear him now. He was close. Next to the two undead things I killed.

My heart was pounding. I quietly but quickly checked the bullets in my gun and made sure I had a full clip. I had two more extra clips which I put in my pocket.

I heard footsteps coming closer. They were a bit lighter than ones I heard before but I didn't care. Gun still raised the doorknob slowly moved to the left and the door was pulled open and a gun shoved in my face.

A pretty brunette stood there with a silver handgun. Her hair was almost black. She looked to be in her late twenties to early thirties maybe.

"Get out here." She snarled and twitched the gun to the side and pointed it back at me. I just tilted my gun up a bit and moved it back down.

"No way." I snarled back.

"Your outnumbered dumbass. Now get out here." The girl said again. Damn this girl was a real bitch.

"What do you want?" I asked not moving.

"I want you to get your ass out here." By now a few other people with guns gathered around.

A ginger guy came over with a weird moustache and pointed his large gun at me.

"Get the fuck out here." He said. His voice was deep and threatening.

I sighed in defeat knowing I was outnumbered. I laid my gun slowly on the ground and put my hands up in surrender. I still had my knife just incase. I slowly walked out of the closet the people making way. I stood in the middle of one of the isles.

Another Asian dude came over and took my backpack. He searched me for any other weapons and found my knife. I sighed in frustration and anger.

"How many walkers have you killed?" He asked once he was finished searching me for weapons.

"Can't remember." I said putting my hands down.

"How many people have you killed?" He asked giving me a stern look with he gun by his side.

"I haven't killed anyone before." I said my face softening just the slightest bit.

"You have a group?" The brunette asked.

"Nope. I'm a loner." I said smirking just the slightest bit.

"You wanna join us?" The ginger said. I hesitated before answering.

"Sure."

The Asian passed me my back, and knife.

"What about my gun?" I asked.

"You can have it back once we know your trustworthy." The Asian said.

"I'm Rosita. That's Glenn and that's Abraham." The brunette pointed to the two guys.

"I'm Adam."
