Ok, I have no idea how this story thing works, I'm just gonna do the doing. Just gonna say what I'm doing, and do what I'm saying.
Ok wait that doesn't make sense.
I'm just gonna tell the story.
Just do it Teary, don't think about it.
"Hey Ed?" He looked up from his book.
"Hm?"
"On my way home from school I saw an abandoned building, and was wondering if you wanted to make like old times."
"You mean explore if like were super spys?"
"Yeah!"
"Your suck a kid" he says as we laugh.
"Sure, let's go."
We head out an I lead him down the street.
"Here we are!" I said, proudly standing in front of my discovery.
We looked up at the 3 floor building. It's was a very basic building, with the very few windows boarded up. I spotted movement inside and immediately took action.
"Quick! They might spot us!"
I rolled down onto the groundand hit the side of the building. Edward quickly followed me.
"Where do you think they hid the dimond Agent PillowCase?"
Don't ask why he calls me that, it's a long story.
I pretend to pull out a map.
"Well Agent Mattress, boss said it was on the second floor."
Also don't ask why I call him Mattress, it's the same long story.
We both started looking around for an entrace.
"Over there!" Ed says, pointing to a doorframe.
We sneakily make our way over, and I peep my head in.
I quickly move back, pushing myself as close to the wall as I can.
In reality, there was nothing there. But in my mind, a bad guy had just gone passed the doorway.
I stuck my head back in, nodding to say it was clear.
We rolled it and ran behind a box.
"There!" Ed pointed to the stairs and we snuck over.
Creeping up the stairs, one of the bad guys spotted us. They took out their gun and aimed it at us.
"Duck!" I called.
We both ducked, watching as the bullet passes above our head.
We whipped our our guns and started firing them.
Behind a box, over a box, shoot that one over there!
We had to keep going. There was only a few bad guys around, but there were pretty good fighters.
"I think we got em all" Ed said putting his gun away. I put mine away too, just before shooting the last one.
"Now we gotta watch for that security over there. Those lasers are pretty high quality." I said.
I did a summersault a hit a box where the face diamond was.
"Ah, the lasers!"
I heard some snickering and noticed some other guys watching us.
"Well what do we have here?" The one guy said stepping out from behind a box.
"Just two guys leaving now!" I said.
The guys started chasing us, so of course Ed and I just ran.
We ran half way across town, even though we know they were gone.
We finally stopped at the beach, drenched in sweat.
We started laughing and only stopped after our faces were red like the ripest tomatoes in your garden.
If you even have a garden...
"Hey wanna go for a swim?" I asked, already taking off my light blue sweater.
"Sure" Ed followed and we chucked our shirts onto the sand.
"Race you in!" I called, and took off.
"Oh no you don't!" Ed came running after me.
I tripped and fell face first into the sand.
"Are you ok Tear?" Ed asks, bending down to help me up.
I take the opportunity to splash him in the face.
"Ah!"
"Haha! Got ya!" We spent the next, I don't even know how long, splashing each other.
One we were both thurley soaked, we dicided to stop and sit on the doak.
Our feet dangled down and hit the water.
The sun was now setting, making the sky beautiful colours.
We sat in silence for a few minutes, just letting each other soak up the calming sunset.
I diced to break the silence.
"Hey Ed?"
"Yeah?" He asked, not taking this eyes off the sun.
"Do you know why I asked you to play with me?" I turned to look at him, or rather the left side of his head.
"No" he turned to look at me.
"I wanted to bring back the old times. Say and do whatever we want."
"Yeah. The good old days."
I let the silence return as we both turned back to the sun.
"It'sjustthatI'vebeenwantintodohiseversincetheposterscameoutbutIjustdidn'thave enoughcourage-" I spat out super fast all in one word and one breath.
"Calm down" Ed said calming, putting his arm around my sholder.
I took a deep breath.
"Ever since the posters came over I've been wanting to ask you this, but I just didn't have enough courage."
"Ask me what?"
"Edward, will you go to the winter dance with me?"
Everything was silent. The only sound was the waves crashing agents everything and anything they could find.
I knew this was a big choise.
This could determined and change our friendship and relationship forever.
If he said yes, we could take our friendship to the next level.
If he said no, our friendship could be over.
Everything turned into slow motion.
"yyyyyyyyeeeeeeesssssss" Edward said in slow motion.
It took my brain a minutes to register what had happened.
Yes. He said yes!
"Great!" I said.
"Were gonna have so much fun!" I squeeled.

I know there was no sound at the start of the chapter, and that's because it was in Teary's perspective.
