Calum

The teacher announced that today you would be working in pairs. You looked to Calum, who sat a few seats over, and flashed him a smile which he immediately returned. You and Calum had a thing going on for quite some time now. You hoped for something more but he didn’t seem too interested in a relationship right now. You mouthed partners? to him and he nodded his head in excitement, at least until the teacher stated that she was going to be choosing the pairs. The teacher paired you with Ryan, the hot blonde quarterback. You scooted your desk closer to him, hoping to get the work done fast so you could go talk to Calum. Ryan was a charming boy and was being especially flirty, and you couldn’t help but flirt back. You laughed at his jokes and listened to his stories about his glory moments on the field. You were too busy with Ryan to notice that Calum was glaring at the two of you from across the room. When class was over you gave Ryan a small hug before stepping to the side to wait for Calum. When he got next to you he looked angry about something and you furrowed your eyebrows at him.

“What’s the matter?” You asked.

“Don’t act like you don’t know, I saw you flirting with Ryan.” He growled.

“So? I can flirt with whoever I want to, I don’t have a boyfriend.” You knew that wasn’t the best thing to say but you were annoyed that Calum felt he could control who you talked to.

“What would you say if I said I wanted to be your boyfriend?” Calum asked and you smiled, finally hearing the words you had been dreaming of.

Luke

“(Y/N) and Nick,” The teacher called out as she assigned partners. You looked over to your boyfriend Luke and pouted out your bottom lip. He half smiled at you as you got up from your seat to move next to Nick. You tried to get started on the assignment but Nick didn’t seem too interested in working. He kept “accidently” grabbing your hand every time he would reach for a paper or pen. He was telling you all these jokes trying to get a laugh out of you, but you were unaffected by his charm. Despite your efforts to get Nick to focus he continued to flirt with you. Luke had been watching the two of you for some time now and it took all his will power to keep himself from walking over there and stopping it himself. When class was over you walked out of the room and stood to side to wait for Luke. Nick stopped with you and continued to flirt with you, at least until Luke showed up. Luke grabbed you by the waist and pulled you close before placing a kiss on your lips.

“How’s my girlfriend?” He asked once he pulled away.  You giggled as you looked over at Nick’s shocked expression.

“I’m uhh, I gotta go.” Nick managed to get out a few words before hurrying down the hall.

“You look proud of yourself.” You commented staring up at Luke.

“Nobody gets to flirt with my girlfriend.” He responded as he threw an arm around your shoulder and the two of you made your way to your next class.

Ashton

You were in class working on an assignment with your classmate John. You had hoped to work with your best friend Ashton but the teacher assigned the partners. You and John were moving through the work pretty fast even though you were doing most of it yourself, John was more interested in you. He kept scooting his chair closer to you and putting a hand on your leg. You tried your best to show you weren’t interested but he didn’t seem to get the hint. Ashton was watching you and could tell John was being a little friendlier than he should. He watched as you struggled to maintain your personal space and decided you need a little help. He walked over and stood behind you, putting his large hands on your shoulders.

“Hey babe, how’s it going over here?” He asked.

“Everything’s good Ash.” You knew what he was doing and you were thankful you had such a protective best friend. John quickly removed his hand from your leg and slowly slide his chair away. You looked up at Ashton and smiled, thanking him. He leaned down and gave you a kiss before walking away. You froze in shock for a moment at what just happened. At the end of class you quickly pulled Ashton out of the room.

“What was that Ash, and don’t act like you don’t know what I’m talking about.” You questioned.

“It made him stop didn’t it?” He answered with a smile. You playfully punched his chest and he threw his arm around you as you two walked together.

Michael

Your friend Michael has had a crush on you for a little while now so when he saw you flirting with Jake, the captain of the soccer team, during class he wasn’t too happy. You were laughing and twirling your hair as Jake told you jokes and flashed his award winning smile at you. It didn’t take long before Michael decided enough was enough and he walked over to you.

“Oh hey Michael what’s up?” You asked as he sat down beside you.

“Nothing, just wanted to talk to my best friend.” He answered as he wrapped his arm around you. Jake looked slightly let down as he stood up.

“I have to go, I’ll talk to you later (Y/N).” Jake grabbed his back pack as he turned to walk away.

“Oh, okay.” You said disappointed. When he was gone you shot Michael an unamused glare. “Look what you did Mikey.”

“He wasn’t that cute anyways.” Michael commented. You couldn’t help but smile as you punched him in the arm.

“I’m just saying.” He chuckled. You rolled your eyes at your friends attempt to cover his jealously.
