Chapter 3

I was talking with Vani about Shawn Mendes when sir came and said that we had to sing our school song in the morning assembly. We did this for everything celebrity. We groaned and got up to practice. I was the lead vocalist along with Vani.

I also had my skating practice today ugh!

Today was gonna be a long dayyyyy

"Ma'am, do you know who is coming today?" I asked

"Yes dear." My music teacher said

"Ma'am pleaseeee tell us" I said

I was really close with my teacher

"Y/n, you'll see."

I smiled and grabbed the mic.

"Ready 1,2,3,4!"

"Good job guys!" Sir said.

"Y/n could you bring the keyboard from the room?" He asked

"Yes sir."

I took the long way to the room while humming my favourite song.

I went in the room and grabbed the keyboard.oof, it was heavy.

"Trying to be strong huh?" A voice asked and I almost dropped the keyboard on my foot.

"I am strong dumbass!" I snapped

"Woah calm down satan. Hello to you too." Asher said

"Been long huh?" I said smiling

I missed that doofus.

"Yeah well. I got a role in Shazam sooo." He said grinning.

We were walking towards the auditorium while talking

"Uh hu, I saw that." I said. "I thought you left me as well." My voice almost breaking.

"Hey..." Asher started .

He kept the keyboard down and came to hug me

"I'll never leave you" he whispered as I silently sobbed.

"Come on, dry those tears, you got a performance to rock" he cheered me up

"Wait you know who's coming?" I asked

"Uhh, yeah." He said rubbing his neck.

Before I could ask him, he said "y/n please don't force me to tell you"

He gave me puppy dog eyes 🥺

I simply nodded and went to the auditorium, Asher behind me.
