I was enjoying the cloudy weather with my eyes closed when I felt a shade. You know like when someone's blocking your sunlight except there was no sunlight . But I still felt it.

I opened my eyes to see two blue eyes staring at me. I shrieked and got up.

"Woah! Calm down there satan! Who do you think -"

I stopped mid sentence.

"Hi" the girl cheekily said and I immediately tackled her into a hug . "Sadie- oh my god! It's been so long! I missed you so- OMG Millie!" I screamed and hugged her like my life depended on it. We were now in a group hug. I didn't plan on crying today but I failed at that. I was a mess.

We all sat down on the grass. I was still crying. Head in my hands and I was sobbing .

"You guys are the worst . I had to go through entire middle school without you guys and-" I sobbed.

"We are so sorry y/n!" Sadie started

"Y/n we never ever stopped talking about you!"

We were all so crying now.

After a moment of silence, I said "you know we should probably wash our faces." Giving them a sly smile

"Yeah. It's been a while since we went to the washroom as a group"

We went to the ground floor washroom.

"Any boyfriends?" Millie asked smirking .

"Pftttt sure." I sarcastically said.

"What.? No lucky guy?" Sadie teased.

"No Sadie!" I said a little flustered.

I happened to glance at my watch.

"Holy shit! Guys I got to go!" I screamed Wiping my hands on my pants.

"Nope. She hasn't changed a bit." Sadie laughed as we rushed back up.

"Where do you have to go?" Millie asked, panting

"Skating practice!" I said giving them an apologetic smile.

"You ain't going nowhere sis" Millie said in a weird voice as I grabbed my skating bag and made way to the basketball court . Sir was already there with only a few students thank god. Sir made us practice in the BB court instead of the rink bc he said we needed to be tough ugh 😩. There were some boys playing a match. Dumbasses. Can't they see we have a class? Stupid people. I greeted sir and put on my knee and elbow pads and then proceeded to put on my skates . I drank some water and removed my oversized T-shirt.

I noticed those boys talking to Millie and Sadie .

Were they - oh shit! It was Noah, Finn and Caleb and Gaten

Oh god no

"Y/n! Take 10 rounds for warm up!"Sir said

10 rounds! Sir was in the mood

"Sir there are people on the court!" I screamed while tying my skates

"No worries! You have to do the outer today!"

I mentally sighed and nodded.

I got up and then tumbled because the mud was a little wet.

I saw Millie and Sadie and gave them a smile.

The cast moved out from the court and sat on the bench. Can't the boys go away?

I could feel their eyes on me but I decided to ignore it.

Time skip after warm up brought to you by millie's kindness 

"Y/n! Now get ready for sprints. Three rounds" sir shouted.

I nodded and got into starting positions

"Self start!" Sir shouted.

I took a deep breath and started.

And just as I was about to finish the third round, I heard my name being called and I got distracted
