Our Babies

chapter 13

POV Calli

(October 11th)
      "Okay where do you want to go get ice cream?" I asked Ella as we head to my car after practice, I promised her we could hang out.

     "Sonic would be great, we could sit in the car and talk, and it's in private so we can talk about you know." She says referring to the babies.

     "Sounds great, let's go." I say unlocking my car, we get in and I throw my bags in the backseat. "What do you want I'm ordering it on the Sonic app so it will be ready by the time we get there." I say pulling up the app on my phone, I Order an, Oreo, blast with gram cracker crumbs and strawberries.

      "I'll put it in while you drive if you want what size can I get." She says before buckling up.

     "Sounds great, and whatever size you want." I say handing her my phone so she can order. I turn on the car and pull out turning on the music.

      "Okay I'm done can I hit order?" Ella ask me once she was done picking out what she wanted.

     "Yeah sure my cards already on there so just hit order and ASAP." I say answering her question, she does it and set's my phone down. We get to Sonic and I check in and we wait for them to come out. "So what questions do you want to ask?" I ask her turning towards her, then the server brings us our ice cream. "Thank you." I tell the server and turn to Ella. "Okay go" I say signaling for her to talk.

     "How far along are you? What's the plan? Like are you keeping them? Do you have any names picked out? When's your due date? Can I go to an appointment with you? Are you, and chad back together? Also can I help plan a gender reveal, and baby shower please?" Ella said rapidly listing off all of her question.

     I laugh a little at all of her questions taking a bite of my ice cream. "Okay, that's alot, I'm about six weeks, I'm keeping the and the plan is to move out with my sister. I don't have any names picked out yet but your brother might. Yes you can come to an appointment but one later in the pregnancy. My due date is April 15th because of the twins. Yes you can help with the baby parties and me and Chad are not in a relationship." I say  with a laugh at how many questions she asked. "Okay I'm going to dinner at your mom's house tonight so do want me to drop you off or do you want to come over and get ready with me?" I ask her finishing off my ice cream.

     "I'll come get ready with you so you have enough time to get ready, and that way I can finish my ice cream." She says with a smile, I buckle back up and pull out of sonic and head to my house.

     "Okay I'm going to a take quick shower you can borrow some clothes if you want we have tons in the guest room." I tell her as we get into my my I'll house, and I head to my room.

     "Okay thanks can I take a shower too?" Ella ask me before I enter my room.

     "Yeah sure there's a bathroom connected to the guest room, and a shower bag in the bathroom closet." I tell her before going up to my room. I go to a bathroom and turn on my music and hop in the shower. I comb my hair and put some leave-in in it, before tossing it up to a bun. I quickly shave and wash, up before hopping out of the shower. I pull my hair down and wrap it in a t-shirt and wrap up in a towel. I grab a white bra, and underwear, and throw them on. I pick out a white, and blue ombre dress, and white jean jacket. After getting dressed I do my hair and put on some lipgloss. I grab some silver flats and go down stairs to see if Ell is ready yet. "Ell are you ready yet we need to go soon." I yell knocking on the door to the guest room.

     "Yeah I'm putting my shoes on give me a sec." She says through the door, I sit on a kitchen stool so I can put my shoes on. After a second she comes out in a pink dress, a flower jean jacket, and heels. Her hair braided back, with light pink lipgloss. "Okay let's go." She says walking up to me. We head to the car and start going to her mom's house.
