chapter 5

(test 2)

POV Lizza

(October 2nd)

     It's been like seven weeks since we made the pact and I think I'm actually pregnant. I'm not surprised because me and Mike were trying almost every day. He actually wanted to have a baby and brought it up to me and I told him about the pact. My period is only two days late but I just have a feeling. My alarm starts going off for school I turn it off before my mom yells at me. I get up careful not to wake up Jezebel (4 years old) who's asleep in my bed again. I walk out of my room and into the twins (12 years old) room.

     "Girls it's time to get up."I say pulling off their blankets the groan but get up. I go to the bathroom locking the door and pull out the test and use it. Before I can see the results I put it back in the wrapper and carry it back to my room. After hiding it in my bag I put on black shorts and Mikey's hoodie. I then get Jez up and put a little pink dress on her and carry her in to the living room. Lucky Mom was still sleeping so I want to leave as soon as we can. Dad was in the kitchen with breakfast for me and the girls ready. I give him a hug and go back to the girls room "come on let's go, grab your food and get in my car." I say picking up their bags and handing them to the girls as they leave their room. I go to my room and grab my stuff for the game tonight, my backpack and sleepover bag. I walk into the living room and grab Jez and her bag and head to leave. "It's Friday so I have a football game and then I'm spending the night at Calli's." I let my dad know today's plans, he nods an okay.

     I go to the car and put Jez in her car seat and put her bag by her feet. I get in and throw my stuff in the passenger seat and turn the car on. "Liz do you have any juice?" Abby ask me.

     "It's under Aubrey's seat" I say driving to their bus stop "make sure to give Jez a juice box to."I add not looking back to check I pull up to their bus stop and they get out. "I have a game today so Dad should get you and I'm sleeping over at Calli's. I love you have a good day."I saw before heading to Jez's daycare luckily I have 20 minutes before school starts, and Jez's daycare is three minutes from school. After about 6 minutes I drop off Jez and head to school. I pull in next to Calli's SUV her and Laya are still in the car. I hop out my car and walk over to hers and knock on her door.

     "Hey cutie we have your tea."she says handing me my passion tango tea lemonade. "It looked good so we got the same."Calli said lifting her cup, with a smile Laya doing the same. "Have you done the test yet?"she ask turning to grab her book bag, laya's eyes meet mine curiously.

     "I took it but I haven't looked at the results yet I want to look with Mikey." I answer sweetly "I want me and him to be the first people to know" I add sincerely.

     "Awe that's so cute I wish I thought of that." Laya says closing her door and walking round the front of the car. "Although he barely let's me do anything now I'm surprised he hasn't took my bag yet."she jokes, and as if on cue Carson and Jason can walking up.

     "Hey guys we were just talking about you Carson."Calli says trying not to laugh, Carson gives her a look. "Laya was saying how you barely let her do anything and she's surprised you haven't took her bag yet." Calli finishes calmly as Jason takes the Starbucks from her. Carson just laughs and we walk towards the stairs, where Carson then picks Laya up. As he carries her down the stairs I see Lynn and some football player. The girls all know what's going on so we just head to our spot.

     "Hey beautiful" Mikey greets me and gives me a little kiss. "So, do you have the test?" He ask me happily.

     "Yep and I took it this morning and haven't looked at the results yet it's in the wrapper in my bag. So we can look at it together like planed." I tell him, he gives me a kiss which turns into a small make out session until we hear screaming. We look over and see Calli and Chad screaming at each, well more Chad screaming.
