Asanoya One Shots + Other Ships

Before you leave (angst)

Asahi looked at the gym he spent all his time in for the last three years, when he heard someone walk in.

"I can't believe you are graduating today" the voice of the person said as Asahi turned around to look at Noya "yea, I guess it is, I sure am going to miss this place and all of the friends I made here" Asahi said rubbing the back of his neck mirroring Noya's sad smile.

   "Of all the third years I know, I'm gonna miss you the most Asahi, you were always there for all of your friends, I know you'll go on to do something great...." Asahi looked a bit surprised at Noya's words. "I'm going to miss you too Noya, we can meet up before I have to leave for college, you know like old times" Asahi said regaining his composure.

  "I would love that...honestly I came here to find  you to tell you something, and please don't laugh or get angry at me but I like you alot and not in a friend way but more than that...I have for years now...I'm sorry you probably don't feel the same way I should go" Noya finished slowly walking out. Asahi hesitated for just a moment before running after Noya gently grabbing his wrist.

"Noya I like you too and I wish I could be with you but, I already committed to going abroad...as much as I want to love on you in all the ways I wish I could have all these years I can't, I know I would just hurt you I'm sorry"

And with that both Asahi and Noya started to sob into each other's arms. Over the break both of them relished and dreaded each moment they had together and made sure to spend each as if it were there last.

For only the future would tell if it would truly be there last.
