Noya went about his normal routine, he walked over to their table. Noya saw his 'boyfriend' and his friends. Noya saw his boyfriend, Jade, look over at him before yelling "Hey pig, why are you late again, you're always late!"

"Sorry, Jade I promise it's the last time" Noya said. Jade proceed to give Noya an unessaraly long lecture.

Noya tried so hard to please him, only for things to get worse. Asahi saw this, he watched as his beloved friend was shattered at the hands of someone who claimed to love him. The ace wanted to help get Noya out of the toxic atmosphere he was in, so he turned to the help of his fellow third years.

"Daichi, Suga I need your help." Asahi said to the couple. "What is it Asahi" Suga said with a concern framed face. He sat down next to the silver haired boy and started to explain everything.

"Sounds like you should just tell him directly, though it will take more then just your word to convince him" Asahi  tilted his head in confusion "what Daichi is saying is you should, have several people he trusts to be there; and help give insight and  encouragement to Noya as this will not be easy for him" Suga explained.

With that Asahi stood up to talk to Tanaka, who was one of Noya's closest friends before Jade came along and cut Noya off from him.

"Tanaka" Asahi yelled as he started to walk towards the second year "yo, Asahi what's up?" Asahi sighed before continuing "Noya needs our help, that Jade guy is not good for him" Tanaka nodded with a determined look. "Yea let's show that punk what's up" Asahi sighed "we are not going to fight him, we are going to convince Noya to leave him". The ace finished forming a plan with Tanaka and then went to find Kiyoko, as she at some point had such a influence on him.

"Noya" Asahi said with Hinata, Kiyoko, Tanaka and Suga's advice resonating in his head. "Asahi, what's up?" he replied. Asahi sighed, "Noya, do you think jade treats you well?" Noya gave a look of fear in that moment "yea, why do you ask?"

"Noya...he isn't treating you well, the names he calls you and his long uncaring lectures, he cut you off from your friends and on top of that I haven't seen you eat since  he started calling you a pig, I'm sorry but that is not how you should be treated" Noya started to sob, Asahi held him close just letting him cry it all out.

"I want to leave but... I can't, I tried to... before but he said he would hurt himself... I can't let that happen!" Noya suddenly sputtered out, Asahi gently took Noya by the shoulders looking him in the eyes "Noya... he's gaslighting you" Noya looked hurt and confused "what is gaslighting?"

"Gaslighting is a form of emotional manipulation, hes making you doubt what you know, you know he isn't mentally ill so when he says he will hurt himself if you leave he doesn't mean it, he just is using it to keep control over, control no one should ever have over you" Noya looked shocked "but what if he really does mean it?" "He has friends who can bring that to the attention of the councilors, what you should be worrying about is your health, it's his fault for mistreating you" Noya looked angry, as he turned around saying he had something he had to do, Asahi didn't blame him, the conversation that had is no easy pill to swallow.

After school, Asahi was getting ready for practice, when for the first time since Noya had started dating Jade, Noya came into to the club room, and he was smiling. "Thank you. Asahi I took your advice, sorry for walking away during our conversation, but I had alot to think about"

Asahi pulled the smaller boy into a tight hug "Yu, I dont blame you for a single thing you did, I'm glad your back, the whole team is".
