chpt.12 Your Expecting

Month later.....

August and I are still together and I eventually went back home and explain everything to my parents.

I also been eating alot and getting sick all of a sudden. Today I'll will be heading to my doctor's appointment to see what is wrong with me, I just hope it's nothing just probably a stomach ace or something.

"Ashanti Lodaz" the lady call me to come to the back, I got up and went straight towards the back.

"You can take a seat and the doctor will be right with you in a minute" the lady said then she left out.

While I was waiting for the doctor I was playing fun run 2 on my phone, the people I play with be cheating. I was all into the game I didn't notice the doctor had came in.

"How are you Ms. Lodaz"? The doctor ask while she was checking my breathing and all that other stuff.

"I'm good just been feeling sick lately" I say as she was writing on her clipboard.

"Okay I'm going to need you to urinate in this cup and I'll run a test to make sure everything is all good".

I took the cup from her and went into the restroom and took care of my business, once I finish I wash my hands and came back out and handed her back the cup.

She left out the room and I start to get nervous, August text me wanting me to come see him. I text back and told soon as I finish taking care of my business I'll be by to see him.

The doctor came back in with a little smile on her face, I wasn't sure what she was going to say but I was ready to hear the news.

"Well Ms. Lodaz congratulations you are expecting" she say smiling while writing down something.

"Expecting what"? I ask looking confuse which I wasn't crazy I knew just didn't want to believe it.

"Your expecting a baby, you is 9 weeks pregnant, I want to see you in two weeks".

"Okay" was all I said cause I was shock.

"I know you're surprise cause this is your first child but don't worry you'll get through with it" the doctor tell me then she left out.

I grab my purse and kids and left out of the doctors office, My next stop was to see August. Guess I'll tell him that he'll be a father.
