Chapter 3: Hello Officer

LISA POV

We were looking at each other very closely. Waiting for each other to make a move. One little slip-up and the other one wins. I couldn't lose my focus.

"Why did you rob the teddy bear," I asked him.

He looked at me and then chuckled.

"Haha, you wouldn't understand," he replied.

"Oh, I think I do understand, you're a thief just like all the other thieves in this city," I said.

"Am I just like all the other thieves officer," he said.

Our eyes never separated. We stared down at each other, while we were going in circles. We were in a stalemate. Just then, we heard two other guys coming down the street. We stopped and glanced at them for a second.

"Hey, you two," one guy said.

"What do you want," I asked them.

"Money, now," the other guy said.

He then pulled out his gun and pointed it at me. Fuck, I wish I had my gun on me right now.

"No, I'm not giving you my money," I replied back.

Just then, the two guys held me up against the alley wall.

"There's no one to help you now, miss," the guy said.

He held his gun up against my chin was about to pull the trigger when Jungkook interfered and punched both of them to the ground.

"Come on, let's get outta here," he said and pulled my arm.

We both ran to a nearby building. We looked around and found and a dumpster that was big enough for the both of us to fit in.

"Let's hide in here," he said.

"Yuck, no way I'm going in there," I replied.

Just then, we heard the two guys making our way towards us.

"Come on, hurry up," Jungkook said.

I opened up the lid, and we both went inside.

"Ewwwww, it smells in here," I said.

"Shhhhh, they will hear us," he said.

I could feel it; the men were right in front of us. I was trying my best to breathe so hard in this dumpster.

"Damn, we lost them," the guy said

"Come on, let's go home," the other guy said.
