LISA POV

DECEMBER 15TH

I wake up from the sound of my alarm. But for some reason, I wasn't bothered by it today. I did my morning routine and headed out of my house. While driving to the precinct, I couldn't help but to reminiscence about what happened last night. I mean, I had a date with the criminal—the person who I was supposed to bring in for stealing the million-dollar teddy dear. I had to shake that odd my mind and just continue driving to the station. Anyways, I got there and parked my car in front. I head inside, change into my uniform, and was about to head to the cafeteria. For some reason, I didn't feel tired at all today. As if I was feeling good and didn't need coffee at all.

"Officer Manoban," someone said.

I turn around and see my Sargeant walk up towards me.

"Hello sir, is there anything you need me to do," I asked.

"Actually, no, we don't have anything in for you right now," he replied. "You can do your normal patrol pattern today."

My Sargeant then left. I am a bit surprised. Usually, I would probably get a new picture of the criminal, but today was different. Something was fishy, and I didn't like it. I went out of the precinct and into my cop car. I did my regular patrol for the day, pretty dull stuff. After time passed, my time was up started to head back to the precinct.

"Done with your patrol already," my Sargeant asked as I was making back to the locker room.

"Oh yeah, oh and are you sure there isn't anything for me to do today," I asked.

"Nope, nothing new so far," he said.

I nodded in agreement and just started to walk away.

"Oh, I forgot," my Sargeant said.

"What did you forget sir," I asked, turning around.

"We will have a special meeting tomorrow with the mayor, he whats to meet all of the officers of this precinct."

"Oh really, okay then," and then I left.

I headed back into the locker room and changed. I then went outside and drove back to my house. Once I get there, I head inside and just lay on the couch. I take out my phone and just scroll through my social media. As I was looking through, I got a notification on my phone. I pressed it, and it sent me to messages. The number was unknown, but I checked it out anyway.

FROM UNKNOWN: 23-5, 14-5-5-4, 20-15, 20-1-12-11

I immediately knew who it was. Jungkook was texting me.

LISA: ABOUT WHAT

FROM UNKNOWN: 16-1-18-11, 14-15-23

I get up from my couch and head back to my car. I drove as fast as I can to the park, not caring about the speed limit. Once I got there, I ran into the park. The sidewalks were icy, I started to lose traction.

"JUNGKOOK!!!!!!!" I yelled out.

"Yeah," someone replied.

I turn around and to see Jungkook.

"What do you want to talk about," I asked.

"Wait, did you not get my message," he responded.

"What do you mean," I asked.

"I left a message back in the city."

"That's weird, I didn't get it," I responded. "Well, what did you say anyways."

"I said to meet me at the plaza, but I guess we can talk here," he said.

Jungkook and I started to walk around the park together. It felt nice, just him and me. Almost like last night when we were both walking around the city. Only then, Jungkook let go of my hand and started to run into the snow.

"Hey, where are you going," I said, chasing after him.

Just then, I look up and that Jungkook has a snowball in his hands.

"Oh shit," I said.

I covered my face as Jungkook hit me in the body.

"Oh, is that how you want to play mister," I responded.

I grabbed a chunk of snow from the ground and threw it at him.

"Ouch, okay officer," he said.

Jungkook started to run after me. I tried to run away, but this boy was too fast. He picked me up from the ground and raised me up.

"S~stop it, Kookie," I giggled.

"What did you just call me," he asked.

"Kookie," I replied.

Jungkook then put me down where I was able to stand again.

"Kookie is that my new nickname," he asked.

"I guess it is," I said.

After we were done playing in the snow, Jungkook walked me back to my car.

"Oh, hey Jungkook," I asked.

"Yeah, what is it," he said.

"How did you get my number."

"Oh, I just searched up the place that you worked at and looked at your profile, you know that your information is out there," he said.

"Oh yeah, I forgot," I said. "Well, anyway, just give me a message to let me know where you are."

I went back into my car and drove back home. For once, I'm feeling good. I'm so happy to be with Jungkook. I mean, I know he is a criminal but, he just makes me feel things I haven't felt in a long time. Anyways, I walk up to my bedroom and set my alarm.
