Ch. 14: I Love You, My Imprint!

(Seth's point of view)

I heard what AlyKat was thinking. That she's home as long as she has Jake. Her mind is quite now, she is calm. I lay down next to her, she cuddles up to me and falls asleep. After a few minutes I do the same.

"DADDY!" I heard someone scream. "Kitty, what happened? Did you have a nightmare?" I asked her. "I saw anut Bella(trix), kill daddy. This time she stabbed him." Kit was crying now. "Do you have a magic picture of Sirius?" I asked her. "No, not with me. It would be nice to talk to daddy though." Al told me.

"Come here." I said pulling my mate into a hug. "I love you, my imprint! I always have and I always will!" I told my favorite person in the whole world. "I love you too Omega." AlyKat replied, as I kissed her forehead.

"I have a weird question. What do I smell like to you?" I never thought Kitlynn would ask me that! "You smell more like Jake than your pure vampire family, but you have a sweet smoky smell as well. Sweet like the Earth, smoky like fire or a dragon. The best part about it is, you have the most unique smell in the whole world, and I love it! Almost as much as I love you!" I told her tickling her.

"What do I smell like to you?" I asked, returning her question from earlier. "Well, you smell kind of like my god brother Teddy. The only difference is you don't have the metamorphmagus gene that Ted and I have. Yes the metaphor gene has a sent, I know crazy right!?" She said in reply.

"Tell me something, why does Killen sleep in the same bed as you?" I asked her. "That's a funny story... From when I was born and all the way up to my first night at Hogwarts, Alister and I shared a room, well really a bed. When Starcatcher flew into that tree on Burke, we were visiting Hiccup and Astride. When I hit the tree, it shattered a lot of the bones in my limbs. Ever since then I have been scared to be alone, especially at night, we were flying at night and we crashed, well I crashed. Star got hurt too, just not as bad." Al finished the short version of the long story.

"I thought I heard you two up." Esme said as she opened the door. "Kit just had a nightmare, and we just started talking." I told her. "Well I guess it's a good thing that I found this than." Esme stated as she pulled a picture into the room.

"DADDY! THANK YOU GRANDMA ESME!" Alsès squealed, hugging Esme. "Your welcome pup. Besides, I think Sirius would prefer to see his little Princess more than he would anyone else and, I also found Balefire." Esme stated as she also brought that picture in too.

"Uncle Balefire! Grandma, do you have an extra frame? That way one of them can come in here or they can both be out there." Alsès said excitedly. "I have too extra frames, that way we can put one in Henry's room when he comes." Esme stated.

"Henry's coming!? Mum,when is my son coming!?" The picture of Balefire asked. "When he finishes Hogwarts uncle Balefire." Alsès replied to the picture like it was normal, I guess in the wizarding world it is. "He got excepted. I'm very proud of my boy!" Balefire said, smiling. He has the same smile as Alsès.

"What's that!?" I said very scared. "Hello Snuggles, are you coming to see Sissy?" Esme asked the thing like there was nothing wrong. "Mreow!" Snuggles replied. "Come on Snuggs, you can come in." Kit told her cat.

"Al, is there something that you would like that would help you fall back asleep?" Esme asked her. "Maybe putting up Daddy's picture so I can tell him what happened." Alsès told Esme. "Princess, you can tell me now and I'm sure grandma and Carisle can help you put my picture up in the morning." Sirius' picture said. "Okay Daddy. I'll put you here for tonight." Kit smiled at her father lovingly. Sirius smiled back the same smile that I've seen on Henry, Balefire's son. "You know Henry has Sirius' smile and Sirius' kids have Balefire's smile." I told them. "Well, Alsès and Alister are more like their uncle Balefire and Henry is like his uncle Sirius." Esme admitted.

"So Princess, what happened? Why are you awake right now?" Sirius asked Kit. "I saw aunt Bellatrix stab you." She told her dad. "You mean our cousin Bellatrix?" He asked his daughter. "Yes." She was crying again. "Baby ghoul, I may not be able to hold you anymore, but I know the second you tell Regulus he will hold on to you until you tell him to stop; because of just how much he loves you baby. I would tell him in the morning though, go back to sleep for okay." Sirius told Al. "Okay, good night Daddy, good night uncle Balefire." Al said as she kissed both frames good night. "Good night Alsès!" They said in unison.

We went back to sleep but I still heard the pictures talking about how Henry was going to Hogwarts, Alsès being the pride and joy of the family and how it is inappropriate that the two of us are sleeping in the same bed; all we are doing is sleeping!

Alice came to wake us up. "Good morning sleepy heads!" She said. "I guess you saw Daddy and uncle Balefire's picture frames out in the hall, or wherever they are?" Al said sleepily. "Yes, and they said that you two didn't take having a room to yourselves for advantage last night." Alice informed us. "Breakfast is waiting, better hurry up before everyone else gets it." Alice continued. "Okay, I'm up." Al said getting up. "Fine I'll come too. Man I'm starving!" I said, Kit just laughed and took my hand.

We don't mind that I'm 'older' the tribe knows the truth, we know the truth, and the Cullens know the truth.

"I love you, my imprint!" I told Alsès.
