Keith was on a rowboat, rowing away from the wedding boat within the starting harsh waves.

Shiro peered over the side, "Keith. What are you doing?!"

"I lost him once!" Keith yelled. "I'm not going to lose him again!"

Lance was shriveling in the golden tornado of a contract, looking desperate.

Lotor smirked, holding out a new contract, "Do we have a deal?" Alfor signed the contract over and Lotor whooped. "It's done then!"

Lance was released from the tornado, looking like himself again. The gold went flying to Alfor, wrapping around him .

"No!" Lance screamed, watching his father shrivel up.

The king turned into a tiny creature, his crown and trident floating to the floor along with his sad face. He and Coran made eye contact and the crab was at a loss for words.

"Your majesty." The crab's voice trailed off.

"Dad-" Lance flinched away when Lotor grabbed the crown.

"It's mine." Lotor laughed, placing the crown atop his head. "At last, it's mine!"

Lance watched as he grabbed the trident, but he went in to try and interfere, "You monster!"

Lotor grabbed the merman and flung him at a rock, pointing the trident at his face, "Dont fool around with you snarky little brat! Contract or-"

The octopus got grazed with a harpoon, his light purple skin breaking at the cut and seeping blood. The two merman's turned to see Keith holding his breathe.

"You little-"

"Keith!" Lance yelled, trying to get to him, but was held by Lotor's octopus tendril. "Keith move!"

"Get him." Lotor ordered Ezor and Zethrid.

Keith swam quickly up to his rowboat, taking a large breathe before getting pulled back under by the two eels. He struggled against their tails, as Coran and Hunk charged.

"Come on!" Coran yelled in a battle cry.

He snapped Ezor's tail as Hunk smacked Ezor's face with his fin. The eels screeched and parted.

"Say goodbye to your sweetheart." Lotor scowled.

He pointed the trident at Keith, the weapon giving a glow. Lance slammed into him just as he fired the blast, which hit the two eels, making them explode into gold dust.

Lotor growled, watching Lance swim up to the rowboat behind Keith. Ink swirled around the octopus, taking over the sea floor.

"Keith, you need to get away from here!" Lance demanded.

Kieth grabbed onto the merman, "No! I'm not leaving you!"

The waves grew and out came a larger form of Lotor, "You pitiful, insignificant, fools! I am the ruler of the ocean! The waves obey my every whim and the sea and all it's spoils bow to my power!"

Havoc wrecked the seas, waves growing taller than the average sized ships. Lotor dipped the trident into the water, swirling it like he were making a potion. A whirlpool emerged, taking all the sunken ships to spin around it.

Keith was flung away with a wave, crashing into the waters. Lance went to rescue him but was stuck on a rock. The prince floated under a ship, grabbing its rope and pulling himself up it and rolling onto the deck.

The sea witch turned to Lance, blasting the rock he was on. The merman fell into the whirlpool, being dragged to the bottom. He screeched when a blast nearly hit him, and he did his best to keep dodging the blasts from Lotor like a fish out of water.

The noirette was pushed over by a wave, only to scurry back up and run to the wheel of the ship. He did his best to guide the ship towards Lotor, who was laughing and peering down at the merman.

"So much for true love!" Lotor mocked.

He pointed the trident at Lance, who braced himself for the worst. But Keith steered the ship right into Lotor's side, stabbing him. The sea witch cried out, falling and crumbling into gold dust. The souls in Lotor's cavern sprouted up into mer-folk, celebrating as they all swam to escape the musty rocks. The trident floated down to the king, who turned back to normal size.

The sun was already rising, the fight ended and the waves ceased. Keith was on the shore of the beach, coughing as he tried to regain his breathe. Lance watched on a rock, the fin of his tail hitting against the side of the it.

Alfor and Coran watched longingly. The king came upon realization as he looked at his son. Coran looked at him, waiting for him to speak.

"He really does love him. Doesn't he, Coran?" Alfor asked sadly.

Coran nodded with a hum, "It's like I always say, your majesty. Children need to be free. To lead themselves to their own futures."

"You always say that?" Alfor asked suspiciously, then sighing after getting a shrug as a response. "Then I guess there's just one problem left."

"What's that, your majesty?" Coran asked.

Alfor looked at him with a long face, "How much I'm going to miss him."

Coran watched as the king placed his trident in the waters, sending a sparkling light to the merman on the rock. Lance looked down at his glittering tail, looking to his father with a beaming, ready smile.

Keith sat up, rubbing his head, but stopped and smiled widely as he saw Lance emerge from the waters with human legs and sparkling blue outfit.

The two ran up to each other, enveloping one another in a hug. The prince lifted the now human up, spinning around as they laughed before placing him back down. They stared in each others eyes, before finally kissing one another.

Red interrupted Lance and Keith's kiss at the wedding, jumping up and licking their faces. The two, now married, hugged the dog before holding each other in an embrace in their wedding outfits.

Plaxum bawled onto Shiro's shoulder as mer-folk watched the wedding from the waters. Lance and Keith walked over to the edge, waving at Alfor, Allura, and Romelle. Pidge lifted Hunk up, the noirette and brunette both bopping him on the nose before the bird slowly took him back to the water with a wink.

Coran was on top of the cake, hugging the figurines of Keith and Lance before gasping. Slav swung a knife at him, cutting the cake as Coran screeched and ran off. The chef stabbed around maniacally as he chased the crab, only to get hit with a wooden pole and falling unconscious with some lost teeth.

The crab dropped into the water, bowing to Hunk and Pidge, "Thank you! Thank you!"

Alfor conjured up waves around him, pushing himself up to Lance and hugged him, "Love you, dad."

"Now we can walk, now we can run-"

Alfor turned to Keith, who was smiling at the two. He bowed to the king, who bowed with a smile back. Alfor gave one last smile to Lance before dropping back in the water.

"Now we can stay all day in the sun. Just you and me, and I can be-"

The sea king whipped his trident out, making a rainbow glitter above the ship that was now sailing away. The couple ran to the edge of the boat, waving goodbye. They glanced at each other giddily, sharing yet another loving kiss.

"Part of your world."
