From that night on we spent the rest of our days together. 

We were inseparable, we went on tour, went on dates, etc. Our lives were amazing and we just lived in the moment, every night I looked forward to sleeping next to Ace and then waking up to his face. Not a day went by where we stopped loving each other.

But soon Ace had to leave and we both knew that I couldn't just leave Gorillaz.

"Doll you cant come with me to Townsville." "Why can't I, Ace all I want is to be near you!" he packed all his stuff into a suitcase and then put his hand on my face, "You belong here y/n with your family if it wasn't for you they'd be scrambling with work." I understood but I really didn't want him to leave. We walked to the front door where everyone was,

"I can't believe you're leaving Ace, and so soon!" 2d had a pouting look on his face, but I really think he'd prefer Ace to stay over Murdoc. "Yeah, why do you have to leave so soon!" Noodle questioned him and shot a look at me.

"Sorry guys but I have a gang to take care of, they've probably already wrecked the place!" He laughed thinking about it. "We hope to see you soon Ace!" Russel smiled sweetly at him. "I'll miss you mate," Murdoc said his goodbyes to him,

I stood there silent, I didn't want him to leave it was too sudden and too soon. I tried to keep tears back but couldn't, Ace came up to me and kissed my forehead. "Keep your head up doll, I'll come back one day." He smiled softly enough to melt my heart, "Are you sure I can't come?" he held my face "You're home is here, and everyone here needs you." Tears flew down my cheeks "Please don't go... like you said if you go I won't be able to hug you when you're cold or see your smile anymore!" he pulled me in an embrace,

"Just one more hug," he then locked his lips on mine, and there it was again that feeling a wonderful feeling like I was falling in love again, I didn't want to let go, "And one more kiss before I go." I smiled at him as he smiled back. He put his sunglasses on my head "So you wont forget me!" I blushed, Ive never seen him without his glasses before and he gave them to me. I smiled, "Just like when we were kids, selfless and loving." I murmured under my breath,

He grabbed his stuff and walked towards the door. I held the door open as I watched him start up his motorcycle, and when I was about to walk inside,

"I love you y/n.." I looked back at him, he already drove off. I looked off and smiled,

"I love you too Ace."
