Part 22

"Why can't I go in?!"

"She wants nothing to do with you!"

"You can't stop me!"

Yana woke up from a loud crash outside the hospital room door, she rubbed her eyes and was in shock, at the two boys infront of her bed. What were the both of them doing at the hospital so late at night?

"Johan? Terrance?"

The two glared at each other and Johan came closer to her, quickly wrapping his arms around her. Yana was taken aback, staring at Terrance in guilt, her eyes telling him to leave them alone. Though she couldn't exactly feel anything at the moment, except for the numbness.

Johan looked at Yana staring at Terrance and held her face to look at him as Terrance left the room. "D-did you get your memories back?" Yana didn't know what to say, her two selves fighting each other in her head.

"Y-yana?" He called out her name worried, and Yana managed to crack a small smile to nod.

"I'm happy for you.." Johan said, but Yana couldn't reply because she knew what he had done to her. She gulped, grabbing one of his hands and caressing it.

"I got my memories back... but Johan.. that doesn't mean I forgot the mistakes we made.." Yana smiled, with tears flowing down her face looking at Johan's tears fall.

She wiped his tears, but they kept falling. "I'm sorry, I just don't have feelings for you.." Yana hugged him tight. "I know it hurts, but you'll find someone better than me. I promise.."

Johan laid his head on her shoulder, knowing that it may as well be the last time and Yana felt his tears went her clothes. He said in pain "but I-I was there for you since the beginning... I always tried to help you r-regain those memories.."

She kissed his head and said "I know... I know.. I-I'm so sorry"

Johan wiped his tears as he opened the door to leave the room. He clenched tightly the necklace Yana had given him back.

Terrance watched him leave without a look back, ignoring everything around him. Terrance walked into the room, and saw her in tears.

"Are you okay?"

Yana pursed her lips and nodded through the tears. Terrance hugged her and patted her back as comfort. They stayed like that for a while.

Waking up, Yana looked to her side to see Terrance lying there beside her. She smiled, nuzzling her head right underneath his chin.

She mumbled "I'm sorry for leaving you love.."

Terrance opened his eyes and wrapped his arms around her on instinct. "Don't worry about it."

Yana relaxed in his arms and said "It must've been hard for you.. but I'm not going anywhere this time."

Terrance chuckled and replied "I kinda like this Yana. Your my Yana but more confident huh?" Yana pushed him lightly and laughed.

"I guess so."

Then the door opened and the two looked at the door. "You both are finally awake!" Jamie exclaimed, putting the coffee and sandwiches on the table. The two untangled from each other and Jamie handed Yana her food while Terrance got up to get his. "Thanks." They both said.

Jamie narrowed his eyes at Terrance. "You better treat her better than every other time!" Terrance nodded and Yana locked his with him making them both smile. Jamie cringed. "Stop. I'm not going to stay here with you if you keep doing this stuff!"
