Lucy's POV
After reaching Clover and watching the flute transform back into that monster, I couldn't help but hide a smirk. The flute already knew who I was. I had already defeated it once. I have no idea how it came back. It must have sensed my presence, because it turned in my direction, and when it spotted me, it grew even angrier. Guess that means it remembers me.After Lullaby scared off the Fiore army, bunch of cowards is more like it, it turned to us. After it let out some kind of roar, we all got into a fighting stance.
"Ready!?" Erza yelled. "Without waiting for an answer, she requiped and ran into the fight, Natsu, Gray, and I not far behind her.
As Erza flew up towards the monster's chest with her Heavens Wheel armor, Natsu and Gray jumped to join her. While they distracted Lullaby, I backed up a few feet so I wouldn't blind them when I casted the spell I was going to use.
"Star Dress: Aquarius!" I yelled. Immediately a golden light enveloped my body, and I felt the cool and relaxing sensation of water surrounding me.
After I had equipped my star dress, I ran up Lullaby's arm and towards its head. It felt me climbing it and turned towards me, giving Erza the chance to get a hit in. The force of her attacked knocked Lullaby backwards.
Natsu and Gray continued to climb for its head, running along the other arm. Lullaby tried to shake them off, but they just kept running. Once they got close to its head, they both attacked.
"Fire Dragon Iron Fist!"
Seeing it was distracted, I continued to get closer. Erza must have noticed I had something in mind because she flew up next to me. "What are you planning?" She asked.
"What's the opposite of darkness?" I asked with a smirk.
"Light." She answered.
"What's Celestial Magic made out of?"
Her eyes widened, but then she smiled. "We'll keep it distracted. You get as close as you need to, and then do whatever it is you are going to do."
I nodded and continued running. Once I reached its head, I saw that it was too distracted by the others to notice me. I put my hands on its face and started chanting one of the first spells Draco ever taught me.
Survey the Heavens, Open the Heavens
Hearing the familiar words, the monster panicked and tried to turn to me, only to have Gray use his ice to keep it in place.
All the stars, far and wide...
Show me thy appearance...
With such shine.
"No! You can't do this to me!" Lullaby yelled.
Oh Tetrabiblos...
I am the ruler of the stars...
Aspect become complete...
Open the malevolent gate.
Oh 88 stars of the heaven...
Shine!
Urano Metria!
Light enveloped the monster, and with a blood curdling scream, it disappeared. Everyone looked around for a few moments, before looking at me. I guess they want to know if it's gone.
"It's gone. It won't be coming back." I said.
With that, huge smiles broke out on everyone's faces. Gray, Natsu, and Erza ran over to me. Erza requiped back into her Heart Cruez armor and ran over, pulling me into a strong embrace. So strong that I couldn't breath. After she let me go, I gasped, trying to catch my breath.
I got out of my star dress, and just after I was back into my normal clothes, two unnaturally warm arms enveloped me in a hug. "You did it, Luce!" Natsu said.
I pulled back and enough to see the huge grin on his face. "Where'd you learn to do that?" Gray asked.
I looked over at him and saw that he had his usual smirk on his face. I smirked back at him. "Which part?"
He chuckled a little. "Both."
"Well, the spell was one of the first things I learned when I became a Celestial Wizard."
"And the other thing?" Happy asked, as he flew over. "It looked like it was requip, but that can't be right."
"You're right. It's not requip. That was a spell only Celestial Wizards can use. It's called Star Dress. I only have three of them right now."
"Can you tell us how it works?" Erza asked.
"Maybe later. Right now, I think we need to go."
"Why?" Natsu asked.
I gave a nervous smile. I simply pointing behind me. Everyone looked and saw a lot of angry guild masters standing in front of what used to be a building, although no one would be able to tell what it was now.
"Oh crap!" Natsu yelled. He then grabbed me by the hand and started running. He turned just enough to see Gray and Erza. "Come on, guys! We gotta go! I'm not getting my butt kicked by these guys!"
After having an internal debate, the two looked at each other, shrugged, and then let huge grins come across their faces. Soon, we were all running from a mob of people, with huge smiles on our faces. We laughed the whole way back to Magnolia.
And honestly, I don't think I've ever been happier than I was right now.
