Beautiful bahamas

In the morning, I woke up at 4:00 am and so did Zach. We are going to the Bahamas! This is so great, I've always wanted to go! We got dressed and made sure we didn't forget anything. We are taking Pip to the kennel and then we are going to the airport.

We dropped Pip off and headed to the airport. We were supposed to be there at 5:45. It was now 5:00 and we were half way there. It usually takes 20 minutes to get there.

We talked all the way there. It was going to be so much fun! I double checked if I brought my swim suit, phone and charger. This is all I ever dreamed of. Not only going to the beautiful Bahamas, but with the one that means most to me.

When we got there, we were 30 minutes early so we decided to get some breakfast. I wanted a breakfast burrito and Zach wanted pancakes. I guess that's what McDonalds is for. I don't usually eat at McDonalds but when I do, I try to eat small portions. Not because I want to impress anybody, it's just, when they have big meals, it's pretty greasy. After we ate our food, we had 5 minutes. Might as well take that opportunity and go to the bathroom.

Perfect, right on time. We headed to the lady in front of our terminal. It was blinking " Boarding now " above it. I've never ridden a plane before so I don't know how this works. She read our tickets and showed us where first class was. There was another woman in the first class area.

" Hello, what are you seat numbers?"

" 11 and 12," Zach smiled.

" Okay, they are right.... here," she walked over and pointed to the seats.

" Thank you, ma'am," Zach walked behind me and let me have the window seat.

He opened a compartment above the seats and put our suitcases there. That's a weird place to put them. I thought we had to give them to someone and they would put them somewhere in the plane. Well, at least it's easier to get to.

" Alright, now we just have to wait for everyone else to board," Zach said. He leaned his head back and closed his eyes.

We have a lot of feet room. Is it like that for everyone else? This is a very comfy seat. I think I'm going to take a nap too.

I woke up and looked at my phone. It was 2:37 in the afternoon. Well, looks like it will land any minute now. I looked over at Zach and he was still sleeping. I'll let him sleep, I'll be good for once.

About 5 minutes later the speakers went off.

" Hello, it's you pilot here. We will be landing in 5 minutes. Sorry for the delay, we had to make a couple pit stops and some difficulties. Thank you for being so patient and please ride the American airline again. Have a great day in the island of the Bahamas," the speaker then shut off and the plane tilted a little.

Yay! We are almost there! I guess I better wake Zach up. I shook his shoulder lightly and he woke up and stretched. He rubbed his eyes and looked at me. He smiled his big smile and I did too.

" Hello, are we almost there?" He checked his phone.

" Yep, the speaker went off just a second ago," I said.

" Alright, I have good plans for this vacation. What I didn't tell you is, instead of being in a hotel, we are renting a house...... on private property. So the house is right in front of the water! I made sure there was activities near by too," he smiled a little bigger.

" Wow, a private place? That's amazing! When you want to plan a vacation, you plan like a king. I feel spoiled!" I laughed.

" I only want the best for my queen," he smirked and leaned closer to me. I leaned in and kissed him lips. I felt all warm inside now.
