So funny story. On the last chapter, my friend went: Remus and Logan fucked during the week, didn't they?
That made me laugh so much. God, Em, you kill me.
Also, I totally wasn't prepared to write this chapter and it definitely hurt my heart-
This is what I get for relating to Roman a ton.

Virgil ran into his room, followed closely by Remus and Logan.
Roman was on the bed, but a pillow had been thrown across the room into a lamp, which had created the crashing noise. He was muttering incoherent things, shaking and crying, but he was still asleep.
"Shit- nightmare," Virgil said while running over to the bed and sitting next to Roman.
Virgil reached out, gently touching Roman only to have him flinch away. Virgil only sighed, trying again. Roman flinched slightly, but then relaxed into Virgil's touch.
"Shhhhhh..... it's okay... shhhhhh," Virgil murmured, rubbing Roman's back in an attempt to calm him down.
Roman started to calm down, though he was still crying and starting to wake up. Virgil pulled Roman into his lap, running his fingers through his hair.
"V-virgil..." Roman muttered as he woke up, still crying.
"Shhhh, Ro. I'm right here. It's okay. You're safe," Virgil said soothingly, motioning with his free hand to Remus and Logan to leave them alone. They looked reluctant to leave, but Virgil gave them another gesture to get them to leave.
"D-don't leave me," Roman said, latching onto Virgil.
"I'm right here, Ro. I won't leave you," Virgil murmured.
Virgil held onto Roman as he cried and cried. Eventually he calmed down enough to stop crying, but he wouldn't let go of Virgil.
"Are you going to hold on to me forever?" Virgil asked gently.
"I can't let go. You'll leave if I do," Roman stated. Tears were still in his eyes, even if he wasn't crying anymore.
"I won't leave you. I promise," Virgil said, wiping the tears off of Roman's face.
"I-I don't believe you," Roman whispered. "You'll leave me. Just like everyone else will leave me."
"Ro, I'll never leave. I promise you, I'll never leave. No one else will leave either," Virgil said gently. Roman shook his head, going to say something else only to be cut off by Virgil. "Shhhh, Ro. Just relax."
Virgil kept running his fingers through Roman's hair as he held onto him, watching as Roman practically melted into him.
"Now, do you want to tell me what that was about?" Virgil asked quietly.
"Everyone left me. You all laughed. You all said I didn't deserve to be the prince. That I was ugly and awful and deserved ever scar that I gave myself," Roman whispered, his voice barely audible.
"Oh, Ro. I'll never leave. The others will never leave. And even if they do, I'll still be here. I will never leave. And I would never say those things. The others wouldn't either," Virgil said, his voice serious. He pulled Roman closer, kissing the top of his head.
"How- how do I know you aren't lying?" Roman asked, burying himself into Virgil.
"Roman you know how I feel about lying. And I wouldn't lie about something like this," Virgil murmured.
"But-"
"Shhhhhhhh, Ro. It's okay. I've got you," Virgil said gently. He kept running his fingers through Roman's hair, watching as he relaxed and drifted off into sleep. "I won't let you go."
Virgil held Roman as he slept, running his fingers through his hair until he eventually fell asleep as well.
Remus and Logan were sitting in the common room, silent. Their faces were both full of concern, though Remus was also on the verge of tears.
"Will he be okay?" Remus asked. His voice sounded broken and lost.
"Virgil wouldn't have sent us away if he didn't think Roman would be alright. I think it'll just take time," Logan said softly. Logan was more concerned for Remus than Roman, considering Roman had Virgil helping him.
"I just- you heard him," Remus said, tears slipping down his face. "He asked for Virgil. Not me."
Remus was surprised when Logan sat next to him and hugged him. After all, Logan didn't hug anyone. It just wasn't his thing. And yet, here he was, hugging Remus as he cried.
"You aren't as close as you used to be. It doesn't mean he doesn't care for you, Remus," Logan said softly.
"I- I know. It just hurts. I want him to trust me," Remus muttered.
"He will, Remus. Give him time. At least he's accepting Virgil's help. Virgil said he would talk to him about telling us," Logan said, doing his best to comfort Remus, who was still sniffling.
"I know, and I want him to feel comfortable and safe with telling us. I just... I just wish I could be there for him," Remus said, wiping his eyes.
"Remus, he has Virgil there for him. I'm more concerned about you. You need someone to help you as well," Logan said gently.
"Wha- I'm fine!" Remus said defensively.
"No, you aren't. Remus, you're falling apart. You need to talk to someone, and seeing that the others are occupied, you only have me as an option," Logan stated. "Now I know I'm not the best with feelings, but even just saying then may help."
"I- fine. I guess you're right. I just... I'm just sad. Roman and I aren't as close as we used to be. I guess I just hoped that we'd be able to be friends again," Remus muttered.
"It's okay, Remus. It's alright to feel that way. Look at the progress you've already made. I'm sure with time you'll be close again. It hasn't been that long," Logan said gently. "Plus, you heard Virgil. Roman didn't even want to tell him what's going on. He accidentally found out. He didn't want anyone to know. It wasn't like he told everyone but you. He didn't want anyone to know."
"Thanks, Logan," Remus said with a small smile. "You say you aren't good with emotions, but you're better than you give yourself credit for."
