Meanwhile, the same man who was spying on the agents arrived at the Black Cat restaurant. He entered the elevator and ascended to the penthouse. When he stepped off the elevator, he walked through the double doors and into the office of Arnold Walker. His chair was facing his window with his back turned to the man.

"What is it, Arthur?"

"The agents are here, sir. They know about your plan."

"The APSPA?"

"Yes, sir."

"Let me guess. One of them is..."

"Dylan Squires, sir."

Arnold's eyes widen at this name. "Brother of Matthew Squires?"

"Yes, sir. They're coming here tomorrow."

Arnold smiled and turned his chair around. He's revealed to be a middle-aged man. His skin pale and his hair, black and slick from the grease. He wore a monocle over his scarred left eye.

"Well...looks like I know who to make ignorant first."

"But sir, they have new agents. They won't be easy to defeat."

Arnold gets up from his seat and walks to his balcony windows. "You're probably right. However, what they don't know is not only am I a successful restaurant owner, but I am also a genius mastermind with a brilliant plan to bring their agency to its knees."

"Want a bet?" said a voice. Arnold turns around to look at Dylan's brother, Matthew, who's locked in a cage.

"A wager? Tempting yet predictable."

"My brother and his friends will kick your butt and save the world."

"I know, Mr. Squires. That's the problem." While he's talking, he walks to his bookcase and pulls out a book entitled 'The Biology of a Child.' "Recent study shows that the brain of an average child can process more than a 40-year-old adult. Meaning: children and teenagers are more likely to think better than adults. They are prone to know too much, and I intend to fix that." He slams the book shut. "First, I'll make your brother the dumbest agent on earth. Then, I'll destroy his friends, and every other child on earth by rendering them brainless."

"And how do you intend on doing that?"

"I'll show you. Arthur?"

Arnold walked down the hallway while Arthur dragged the cage behind him. He stopped at a steel door to a secret room. When they walked inside, Matthew saw that they were in a secret laboratory. Arthur placed the cage in front of a big machine while Arnold went behind it. Matthew looked up, and before he could react, a red beam appeared.
