Hey, I'm back with a new chapter, tried a bit of smut but I'm not good at it. 🙈🙈. Well, I hope you like it, if you do please vote the chapter and tell me your thoughts. Thank you. And love you all, 😘😘

A few weeks had passed since they returned to Thailand.

And true to his word, Mew stayed—by Gulf’s side, every day, every night.

Each night, he curled around him in bed, arms holding him close, like he could protect him from the shadows just by existing. Sometimes, one of the others would surface—Shine reading quietly in the corner, or Shiv playing video games with sleepy eyes and soft laughter.

But never Kana.

Not once in weeks.

And that silence… worried Gulf more than any nightmare.

He didn’t say it out loud. But every time Mew touched him—hugged him, held his hand, brushed a lock of hair from his forehead—something strange twisted in his chest. A sharp, aching pull. Like warmth and pain colliding in the center of his heart.

It wasn’t fear.

It was something else.

Something Gulf couldn’t name.

That night, the feeling was stronger. It pulsed beneath his skin like a secret. And as Mew wrapped his arms around him once more, Gulf's hand pressed to his chest.

And he fell asleep wondering:
What part of me hurts when you hold me like this?

---

Morning light slipped between the curtains.

Mew stirred first—his breath steady, face buried in the crook of Gulf’s neck.

"Good morning, Nong..." he whispered sleepily.

But the warmth changed. The body beside him stiffened.

"What are you doing?"

The voice was different.

Lower. Colder.

Mew blinked, confused. "Huh?"

"Why are you hugging... him?"

Mew sat up fast. "Wait… what’s going on? Who are you right now?"

The figure turned slowly, lips curling in amusement. His eyes weren’t Gulf’s anymore.

"Look at me," he said.

And Mew did.

"...Kana."

"Good boy," Kana smirked. "Did you miss me, fuck boy?"

"You should stop calling me that," Mew muttered, uneasy. "I have a name."

Kana climbed on top of him in a fluid motion, pinning Mew to the mattress with his weight. His legs straddled Mew's hips, and his hands found Mew's wrists, pressing them down with deliberate slowness.

“I… Kana—can we not—”

Before he could finish, Kana’s mouth crashed against his.

Hot. Demanding. Unforgiving.

His teeth grazed Mew’s bottom lip—sharp enough to sting. Mew gasped, and Kana’s tongue slipped in like it had been waiting.

Mew squirmed beneath him, mind screaming stop, but body arching toward the pressure, aching for more.

"You're trembling," Kana whispered against his lips. “From fear… or something else?”

Mew said nothing.
