They all had a great time at the cafe and they decided to head back home. They all went back to Nandini's house. They reached home by around 6:30 and she was sitting with her parents when she asked, 'Where did Raj papa and Neyo maa go? We have to leave in another half an hour for dinner.' Before they could answer Raj and Neyo walked in and Raj said, 'Don't worry, princess. We don't forget our dinner time. We just went home to freshen up and now I think you all should freshen up and then we can leave?' They all nodded and went to their room. Manik followed Nandini to her room. She asked him as to why so he just smiled and asked her to walk.

They reached her room and as soon as Manik shut the door, he pulled Nandini and hugged her tight. She smiled and hugged him back. They stayed like that for sometime. He kissed head and said, 'I wanted to tell you that you are looking absolutely beautiful and gorgeous. I barely got time to tell you this. I had to tell you before you changed.' She blushed and kissed his cheek in return. He asked her to freshen up as he would also go do the same and left.

Nandini came down after changing into casual shorts and top. She had tied her hair in a high ponytail and had just some lipstick and eyeliner on her face. She was sitting with the boys who were ready and waiting for the girls while Dhruv said, 'Jeez, why are the girls taking so much time? In fact they are quite late considering you are the birthday girl and you came quicker than her.' Nandini laughed and said, 'Let me see if you have to say the same thing when you see Alya?' They all laughed while Dhruv just gave her a fake glare.

All the other girls walked down and their respective boyfriend's were staring at them, while Nandini was getting annoyed since Manik hadn't yet come down. When the boys were done staring at their girl, Cabir turned to Nandini and said, 'Clearly kiddo, you wear the pants in the relationship.' They all laughed while Nandini giggled and said, 'Well, I am going to totally agree to you on this one. He takes a million years to get ready for a dinner, wonder how long would he take the day he would get ready to sit on the shaadi ka mantap.'

Just then Manik walked down and said a haha sarcastically. Nandini seemed annoyed than usual but Manik decided to talk to her about it in some time. Soon all the elders walked down and they all headed towards the restaurant for dinner. They took 3 cars this time instead of 2. Manik, Nandini and Alya were in one car while the rest of the gang was in the other car and the elders in one car. Alya insisted on going with Manik and Nandini since she wanted to talk to them about something but no one suspected. She knew she had her time since they had half an hour to reach.

They got into the car and there was silence for the first two minutes so Nandini said, 'Alya, break the silence and stop fiddling with your dress, tell us what is it?' Both Manik and Alya turned to her in surprise and then looked at each other and sighed. She came a little ahead and said, 'Guys, there is some advice I need from you both. Okay, so in Dhruv's dance class, there is some new girl he is quite close to, and it has been just a week since she joined. I don't mean to sound jealous but it is the first time I am hearing something like this from Dhruv, and it is too weird.'

Before Manik could express his dislike towards the situation Dhruv is creating, Nandini held his hand so Manik just took that as a cue to not say anything. Nandini turned around slightly and held Alya's hand saying, 'Babe, listen. Do you know what the key to a happy relationship? Communication. I feel like, if you have anything you dislike something about your partner or about what he is doing, he should be the one to know about it because at the end of the day, he is going to be one who can change that, not us. So the only way you can really get a clear picture to this is, talk to Dhruv. Of course we are here when you want to let out anything, but if you want to get out of the situation then you need to talk to Dhruv about it. Okay, love?'
