“Dani, get your butt out of bed.” I said, shaking her roughly as I tried to wake her up.

“Ugh, sugar… I’m tired. We got home late last night.”

“Yeah, and its already noon. Get up.” I said.

“Go call your stupid boyfriend.” She groaned, pulling a pillow over her head.

“Okay… but remember”, Christina’s the one who told me to wake you up.” I said warningly.

“Yeah, whatever.” She mumbled before going back to bed. I walked back out of the room and into the computer room.

“She awake?” Christina asked me.

“Nope,”

“Well we tried the easy way. I’ll be right back.” She said, a mischievous grin on her face.

“I don’t like that look.”

“Oh don’t worry, everything will be fine, just a little damp.” She replied standing in the doorway.

“Ok, hey is it ok if I invite Chris over?” I asked her.

“Yeah, when does he leave again?” She asked curiously.

“Saturday morning. Tomorrow is his last full day here.”

“Ok,” She said. “Well time to go wake up Dani.”

“Have fun.” I said quietly before she walked out the door. I walked over to the desk and picked up my phone and dialed his number. After a few rings he picked up.

“Hello?” He mumbled, still sounding half asleep.

“Did you just wake up?” I asked him.

“I was still asleep. What time is it?” he asked me.

“Noon. Why are you still asleep.” I said.

“Didn’t go to bed till like 6:00. I was busy.”

“Hmm ok, so do you want to come and keep me company?”

“Yeah, let me pull some clothes on and I’ll be right there.” He said.

“Ok. Love ya” I said happily before hanging up the phone. I sighed and plopped into a chair smiling. A few seconds later I heard screaming coming from my bedroom and walked out to see what was going on. Once I was out in the hall, I saw Christina out in the hall, an empty bowl in one hand, the other hand over her mouth, obviously trying not to laugh. Dani came out of the bedroom, soaking wet and glared at Christina angrily before walking off towards the bathroom.

“Remind me to never get on your bad side.” I said after Dani had left.

“Oh she’s fine. So is he coming?”

“Yeah, should be here in a few minutes.” I said.

“Ok,” She said. I walked downstairs and went out to the front porch to wait for him. About twenty minutes later I saw his car coming down the street. I got up and started walking to the driveway to greet him.

“Someone’s eager to see me.” He said, smiling as he got out of the car.

“I wanted a minute alone with you so I could do this.” I said, wrapping my arms around his neck and pulling him in for a long, slow kiss.

“Yeah too bad your family is watching from the window.” Chris said as we pulled away, a huge smile on his face. I looked towards the window and saw most of my sisters standing there.
