somewhere in the galaxy
"Here," I said tossing Thor a spare sword that I had found tucked away in the small weapons compartment on the spaceship. It wouldn't be Hephaestus' ship if there wasn't an abundance of old weapon prototypes.
"What? Why?" Thor jumped as it stumbled in his hands, barely catching the hilt as he walked down the ladder of the small bedroom.
We just set our course to Xander, the nearest Jump Point being 48 hours away. Thor rushed me into the shower as soon as we got back onto the ship; it was quite hilarious how cautious he was of the celestial fluid from the planet but I went along with it nonetheless.
"Because, you need duelling practice," I shrugged, picking up my own sword. "You never know when you'll need to use one."
"What do you mean, my swordsmanship is brilliant," he said, scoffing but I only rolled my eyes at him, clearly seeing his own doubt in his eyes.
"Yeah okay, well prove it me, big boy," I smirked saluting my sword with mock seriousness.
I didn't really care to train him properly, I merely wanted a bit of fun and this was a good way to pass the time. Besides, we both already know if Thor and I got into a true sword fight, he'll end up flat on his arse in less than a few seconds.
Thor stepped into the wide, open area and returned it, sloppily grinning.
We circled slowly in plow guard. My feet crossed over one another as I bit my lower lip, trying to keep my smile at bay while scanning Thor's every move. Thor moved first, cutting sharply at me. I parried easily, letting out a short chortle at his failed attempt causing him to shake his head at me in teasing hurt.
"That wasn't very nice," he said as we continued as we continued circling.
This time, I brought up my sword up quickly to slap his cheek with the flat of my blade. Startled, he stepped back and held his sword out to keep me at bay.
"What was that?" I ask, quirking my eyebrow.
Untangling our weapons, I feigned a stab at his head and instead, ducked low and hit the hilt of my sword at his knee. I jolted back up and pressed my sword against his sword that he held out in front of him. I tried not to laugh at his obvious shock at my sudden rush of energy. The weight of my sword was dragging him down so he jumped backwards, stopping the sword from clattering out of his hand.
"Come on, don't be a coward," I teased advancing towards him again.
I swiped his sword aside and thrust forward but Thor managed to block it and tried to counter-thrust, only to meet face to face with our arms and swords high. My eyes widened with his face so close to mine so suddenly but Thor managed to recover first. He tried to pry my sword out from my hands and I decided to let him and grabbed him by the shoulders and drove my knee up. Thor twisted just in time, taking the gentle blow to his thigh.
I made a turn to snatch my sword off the floor but Thor grabbed my hands and pinned me to his chest, using his overpowering strength. I grunted and struggled in his grip in vain, I couldn't best Thor in a grapple.
A sly smirk tugged at my lips as a mischievous plan popped into my head. I pressed suggestively backwards into Thor and while bending over I looked up at him and bit my lip, offering a fairly pleasant view. Chuckling at my ploy, Thor's grip loosened as he bent his neck forwards to press a kiss to my lips but I seized his arm and flipped him over onto the cold floor using all of my might. Clutching my sword back into my hold, I swung my leg over him and settled onto his stomach, keeping him down with the tip of my sword pointed at his neck.
"That is a lesson to you," I smirked, leaning down to hover over his face. "Never get distracted."
In a swift movement, Thor grabbed my sword and tossed it aside, his eyes thundering and heavy-lidded causing my heart to instantly pick up. He leaned upwards to capture my lips hungrily in his own. I was taken aback at first but soon responded, straddling him and placing a hand on his chest as I bent down onto him. Warmth spread throughout me, like the Eternal Flame itself, the friction rose between us as I felt him harden under me.
Thor hoisted us up, me being still attached into his hip as our lips danced in a passionate rhythm. His lips left mine as I clambered up the ladder to the bedroom; leaving me feeling like a forest fire had just been salvaged by an icy burst from the Tundra. As soon as he emerged from behind me from the gap in the ground, I pulled him up by the shirt then tugged it off his body, my body craving his touch so I pressed up against his bare chest.
My hands roamed against his muscles that are so perfect, even Aphrodite would swoon, as my teeth gnawed at his lips, I breathed in his scent on an oncoming thunderstorm. I shrieked as he threw me onto the bed. He pried the top off my back, discarding it to the floor and then unclasped my bra. He pinned my arms against the mattress. Thor nibbled at my earlobe, whispering how long he'd been yearning for this for so long. Both of us moan in contentment as Thor finally let go of my hands and let me thread my hands through his golden locks as he held my jaw gently, his body rolling atop of mine.
"You look so small lying beneath me," he breathed, grinning between heated kisses causing me to giggle and hold his face in my hands.
"And you look absolute ethereal," I mumbled, staring breathless as his wisps of hair frame his flawless Asgardian face.
"Nothing compares to your sheer beauty," Thor countered as he began to kiss down my jaw to my neck as I hooked my legs around his waist, lifting myself off the bed slightly.
"Oh gods, Thor," I groaned as he sucked at a soft spot at my neck, electricity crackling around us. "Hurry up and take off those damn trousers."
"Of course, my lady."
