The bell to King's shop rang and Frong looked behind him to check who was coming in. He was rather surprised to see a familiar face step in the shop because up to what King had told him, Thara goes to the shop on Wednesday and it was still Thursday.

"I'm here to collect flowers because I'm off work tomorrow."
Frong nodded, "wait here. I need to go to prepare them."

He was hoping he would avoid the doctor as much as possible after when had happened the previous Saturday. Frong made a mental note to never join King or his friends for drinks, especially when Thara would be there.

"Are you drunk?" Frong somehow recognized that voice because he heard it frequently during that night. It was Thara, the same male who comes in after opening hours to collect flowers for whoever they may be. Frong was still pissed off about it.

He turned around to face him, however, he could not clearly see his face. Frong blamed it on the fact that he spun around quickly.
"No I'm not. I'm good." He waved Thara off and turned around, once again, feeling a little unsteady and he took a few steps forward, only to fall face down on the ground. That followed with a string of swear words coming out of Frong's mouth.

Thara quickly went to help the younger male up, "you should sit down a little."
Frong grunted, and wanted to refuse, however he realized that he was unable to even stand straight and was leaning on Thara the whole time while picking himself up. So he agreed and they both sat down on a nearby bench.

"You should get a check-up in case you hit your head," Thara said.
Frong shook his head, this male drank as much as he did, why did he seem so normal?
"No I'll be fine."
"You really should. At least put some ice on your head."
Frong sighed, "I did not hit my head," he blurted out. In truth he just wanted to go home and sleep it off.
Thara sat there looking at him for a moment before speaking, "do you need a ride home?"
Frong raised his eyebrows at him, "shouldn't you know better?"
The doctor laughed, "I do, that's why I called a cab."
The younger male rolled his eyes and looked away, "I have a cab too."

Thara let out a sigh and stood up, "okay then, I still suggest you go and check out for a concussion or a head injury, but if you're all set I'll be leaving. I'll see you next week for the flowers," he said in a cheerful tone. Frong wanted nothing but to punch him at that moment.
"Yes sure, flowers for your girlfriend will be ready when you get there," he said, pretty ironically with a snarky tone.
Thara looked at him confused but he decided to drop it and get into the cab.

Frong was hoping and wishing he had kept his mouth shut the whole time during the previous Saturday. Only on Monday did he find out that Thara had told King about their conversation and King, while laughing rather loudly, informed him that Thara does not have a girlfriend and the flowers were for patients at the hospital. Of course, Mr. Perfect. He went out with the flowers and handed them to the doctor.

"Is King not here?" Thara asked, getting ready to pay.
Frong shook his head, avoiding to look at Thara while he was making his receipt. "No, he went to buy lunch. He should be back soon if you want to talk to him."
"No that's okay, I was just curious." Thara paid for the flowers but did not leave immediately after, "are you joining them for drinks tomorrow?" he asked.
"No!" he said, quite stern, at the older male. 'Especially if you'll be there.'
"Too bad, I was actually packing ice just to be sure."

Frong glared at him and Thara got the message, because he said goodbye and quickly left the shop.

"You should come with us tomorrow for drinks." Duen said during lunch break.
Ram had managed to avoid that when King told him about it by sending a picture of the now growing plants. He hoped King would get stuck on talking about plants and forget about it, which it did. He was glad that he was starting to understand how King's mind works. However, he had no idea how he would escape it when it was Duen asking, especially since Duen was asking for a specific reason.

"So you can actually meet King in person!" Ting said, rather loudly.
Ting had actually managed to learn about King and Ram speaking through Duen and she made a whole deal about it, because according to her, anyone who wanted to date Ram had to go through them. The tattooed male had to cut her words each time she said the word 'date' because they were NOT dating.

"I don't think I can make it," Ram told them, his mind trying to come up with an excuse quickly, "I still have planning to do for the day after."
Ting glared at him, "that's not true! You already sent me the planning up until Friday!" she shouted.
Ram was trying to come up with something else, "stop trying to come up with excuses. Just come, no one will eat you," Duen said.
"Unless you want him to," Ting quickly remarked with a smirk on her face and Duen almost pushed her away from them.

"No seriously Ram, just sit down next to me and if you do not feel like, just ignore everyone and play on your phone or whatever."
"How is that any different from when I stay at home?"
"At least the cutie you're talking to will be sitting right in front of you," Ting commented again and this time Duen shouted her name and she laughed at him.

Duen rolled his eyes realizing that whenever Ting wanted to tease, no one would stop her. "Just come, it will be fine."
Ram did not give them a reply and he rushed to the classroom to carry on with his work.

'Duen told me you're coming tonight.'

Ram woke up to that message from King on Wednesday and he quickly panicked. He picked his phone and went to message Duen.

'When did I agree that I will be coming?'

'Hehe – this way you can't not come. We'll pick up at 9.'

Ram sighed, this was going to be a very long day. He left his phone back on the nightstand and went to take a shower, hoping that somehow he would manage to mentally prepare himself without it being exhausting.

'I might.'

Ram realized that throughout the day he was acting as if he was a teenager going on their first date, and he hated that feeling when he realized it because he knew this was nothing like that and he would most probably not even look at King the whole time. Yet, it still took him 4 different outfits until he decided on what to wear and when the door knocked he was half tempted to pretend that he was sick and could not go.

King was already at the club, same as Thara, Mek and Boss and they all had drinks in front of them while they waited for the rest to arrive. A hand on King's shoulder made him look up and he saw Bohn, announcing that they had arrived with a loud Ting shouting that they were here. King's eyes looked around the new group of people and they immadeatly fell on a tall, tattooed male. He did not make any attempt to stand up and go talk to him but he smiled, happy that he is finally seeing him again.

Sorry that the first section was only about TharaFrong. This story should not be about them and yet here they are. I hope you don't mind that they are being squeezed into this.

I am planning that after the next part I will be making some time skips just to progress the story a little bit more because I don't want it to keep stuck in the same time frame especially since I have plans for this to be around at least 2 years (story wise not irl wise de...I will try to not take that long to finish it hehe).  Also, I keep writing Poy instead of Duen for some weird reason...I tried to make sure I changed them all but in case you find a 'Poy' I am referring to Duen and idk why I even write that. Sorry for any typos but rn my corrector is not working....hopefully it will work again and I can proof read it better.

I hope you enjoyed, thank you for all your comments and I'm sorry that it took a while to update!
