Seven~ Admitting Feelings

We play the Xbox for the next hour. It's 6:30 by the time we finish. We are sitting in the floor playing Truth or Dare.

"Truth or Dare Eva?"

"Truth."

"Lame!" We both laugh and he starts thinking.

"Do you have a crush?" I look at Ace and considered, for the first time, if I like Ace like I'm trying to deny.

"Yes." He looks at me questioningly.

"Truth or Dare?" I ask him quickly before he can question me.

"Dare." I laugh and start thinking.

"I dare you to take jelly and smear it all over your face." He looks at me as if saying "lame", but gets up to do it non the less. I figured I'd start off easy.

He does it then turns around and smears it all over my face too. I stand there shocked then I laugh and he laughs along.

We clean up and get back to playing.

"Truth or Dare Eva." Man I love the way he says my name.

"Dare." He rubs his hands together and looks at me with evilness.

"Oh no..." I stare at him, slightly scared.

"I dare you to strip down in your underwear and run around my yard screaming at the top of your lungs." I slap my forehead and stand up. I strip down and head for the door, but Ace stops me by blocking the door.

"On second thought, don't you dare go out there looking like that." He looks at me with seriousness.

"Oh, and why not?" I ask while giving him a challenging smirk and crossing my arms over my chest.

"Because I can't have other guys looking at what's mine." The word mine keeps playing in my head like a broken record.

"Yours?" I whisper and he smirks at me.

I turn around and put my clothes back on. Are we together? Or no?

After I put my clothes on, Ace says he wants to take me somewhere.

"I don't have any pants on Ace."

"Doesn't matter, it's no where public."

We get in the car and I buckle up. Two minutes later, I hear an up beat song on the radio and start jaming to it.

I'm dancing around in my seat when I hear Ace chuckle from beside me.

"What?" I cross my arms over my chest.

"You're really cute when you dance around, or anytime for that matter." After he says this he puts his hand on my thigh and I feel myself going red. He laughs a little.

"You are so red right now."

"Oh hush."

"So." He pauses for a second and I look up at him, seeing him focused on the road. "Who do you like?"

"That's non of your bees wax." He chuckles again and slides him hand from right above my knee, up a little. I go red again and he smirks.

"Let's try this again." He pauses yet again. "Who do you like?"

"Ace! I can't tell you." I say exasperated.

"Wrong answer." He goes up a little further and is now half way up my thigh. I turn away from him feeling my face going red as ever.

"Eva, this will stop if you just tell me who it is." I don't want him to stop. I want him to stop rising further up yes, but not take his hand away from my thigh.

"I don't want you take your hand away Ace. I like you. It's been you for a while. Even when you were a jerk, I couldn't help but like you. Look at you, you're so freaking hot. Who wouldn't like that. And you're so nice once someone gets to know you. I knew there was a reason Nate loved hanging out with you." Out of the corner of my eye, I see him turn to me, smirking and stopping the car in an empty parking lot.

"I like you too Eva. And I want you to be mine and mine only." I look over at him. I see his face is serious and I can't help but close the distance between us, kissing him. His hand still on my thigh, he pulls me into his lap.

"I'll take that as a yes then?" He looks into my eyes and I smile. I shake my head yes and he smiles really big at me.

"I would say yes to you forever."

"Well I hope you say I do at our wedding day instead of yes." We both laugh a little. And my heart jumps at the words our wedding.

"Our wedding huh?" It's his turn to go red and for me to smirk. We get out and he grabs my hand, intertwining our fingers.

We walk into a deserted building. The building has plants growing everywhere. Flowers, grass, small trees, all of it is in this building.

"Be careful where you step, there could be snakes." I tense up and stop, jerking Ace with me, seeing as how we're holding hands.

"What's wrong?" He looks at me with worry evident on his face and I bite my lip.

"I'm scared of snakes." I drop my head and whisper this as low as I can. Ace takes my face in his hands and makes me look up at him.

"You're okay Eva. I would never let you get hurt."

"I know." I reluctantly start to walk, looking at the ground as often as possible without hitting into anything.

We come to a clearing and I see a huge tree with little pink flowers all on the branches.

"Ace, it's absolutely stunning." I say in awe.

"Not as stunning as you." I go red again and look up to see him smiling at me. Not smirking, but smiling.

"Thanks Ace. You're not bad yourself." I say winking at him.

"First, winking and being cocky is my job. Second, according to you, I'm "freaking hot"." He tells me, repeating me and puting air quotes around freaking hot.

"That's cause you are." I say smiling really big at him. He smirks at me mischievously. Before I have time to ask what's up though, he kisses me.

At first I'm surprised and can't do anything, but then I kiss back. He wraps his arms around my waist, bringing me to him. I wrap my arms around his neck, and in that moment, I know, that all I want to do, is be with Ace.
