Chapter 60: happy birthday 지민

It was the day of the orange haired males birthday. Jungguk and the group had decided that they would go to a bar for Jimin's birthday. So the peachette spent the day making sure everyone was ready to go, he made sure everyone had a buddy so if someone needed to go to the bathroom or home the buddy would go with them to keep an eye on them. 

Yoongi had been told to distract his boyfriend all day till they were able to leave to go to the bar. It wasn't anything fancy but Jungguk was able to get a private booth for the group to sit at with the help from Taehyung who knew someone who worked there. 

The blonde did confirm that it was okay to the peachette when he started to grow worried about the short timing of it all. But Taehyung did what he did best and that was reassuring the younger in the most softest way possible. With cuddles and soft neck to cheek kisses along with hair ruffles. 

"It'll be fine, bun" Taehyung ruffled the younger's hair. It was in the evening about an hour before jimin had to be there with yoongi and everyone was waiting outside the bar. 

"I..I know but I just don't want anything to go wrong" Jungguk mumbled fiddling with his fingers in his long sleeves.

"You're doing it again" Taehyung teased while softly looking at the younger's hands. 

"Doing what?" 

"Fiddling with your fingers" Taehyung smiled as he took hold of the peachette's hands and slowly placed kisses on each and every finger of Jungguks hand. 

"Ooh- the lovebirds are at it again" Jin teased as he watched them be themselves around one another. 

"Jin hyung stop" Jungguk pouted. 

"But really gguk, I'm happy you found someone" Jin spoke in the softest of voice and a small smile made its way onto his lips. 

"We all are" Namjoon piped up wrapping an arm around Jin's shoulders. Jungguk smiled and felt a few tears well up before a few fell down his cheeks. 

"Awh, baby" Taehyung coo'd as he pulled the younger into his embrace and wiped away the few tears that fell.

"IS GGUKIE OKAY!?" A loud voice shouted quite close to the group. They all turned and saw it was their mochi running over and looking over the peachette. 

"I'm fine, Jimin Hyun, don't worry" Jungguk smiled again at the orange haired male, who hummed and then nodded. 

"Chim, did you.. really have.. to run?" An exhausted voice puffed out as the rest laughed to themselves quietly.

"Sorry.. yoongi hyung…" Jimin apologized softly while rubbing the back of his nape. 

"Anyway..why are we standing outside a bar?" Hoseok asked as if on cue. 

"We are here for….Jiminie hyungs birthday!" Jungguk shouted as he stayed in Taehyung's embrace, feeling slightly cold from the cool nights air.

"Jungguk! You did not! Yarh! This is going to be fun!" Jimin exclaimed excitedly while trying not to jump up and down, but failed. 

"Let's head inside now" Taehyung smiled as he gestured to the door and waited for the whole group to walk in first. Just as Jungguk was about to step towards the door, Taehyung pulled him back.

"Baby, I'm letting you know now, that it's going to be crowded when we first go in, I want you to stay close to me and hold me as tight as you can because i don't want you to get lost in there" Taehyung looked into the younger's doe eyes and saw him smile.

"Okay… thank you for telling me and I might just..do that.." Jungguk grew quieter near the end and took a hold of the olders arm. 

Taehyung sloey walked with the younger on his arm and saw that the group had waited for them to come in by the door. They let the blonde go through to the front with the peachette on his arm as he walked towards the bar counter.

"Baekhyun, could you show us to the private booth?" Taehyung shouted over the loud people as he asked his friend who stood behind the bar. 

"Sure man, I got you" Baekhyun shouted back as he walked out front behind the bar and directed the group where to go.

The noise started to become quieter as they walked through the crowded areas and into the back section of the large bar that seemed almost smaller on the outside than it was on the inside. Jungguk gripped the blonde's arm more as he looked around with widened eyes, taking in everything he saw. 

"Here you go" Baekhyun's voice broke the peachette out of his thoughts. 

"Thanks man" Taehyung thanked.

"No worries, make sure to keep it all neat and tidy, " Baekhyun warned before walking back to the main area of the bar. The group sat down at the table that had just enough seats provided for the seven of them. 

"Taehyung, I didn't know you knew someone who worked at a bar" Jimin commented as he sat down with Yoongi on his left. 

"Yeah, I come here sometimes and he's an old friend from high school and through college" Taehyung replied,  making Jimin nod his head.

"What shall we start with?" Hoseok asked while rubbing his hands together.

"Let's start with some Soju and then to Baijiu" Jimin suggested and everyone nodded their heads. 

A few hours went by as only a few started to get drunk. Jungguk and Taehyung didn't drink much as they were the ones going to be looking after Hoseok. They were all laughing at Jin's attempt at making his own joke which failed but still made them laugh like they were crazy. 

"D-dimmie..wants...my kittens...cuddles…" Jimin spoke quite drunkenly, in third person. 

"Dimmie?" Taehyung asked aloud, confused by the name. 

"Ah..Jimin calls..calls himself Dimmie when he's drunk.. " Jungguk stammered out as he took another sip of his drink. 

"I think you need some water now, bun.." Taehyung suggested as he filled an empty cup full of water for the younger to have.

"Thank you,..taehyungie" Jungguk muttered and tried to hold the glass still with succession and drank the cold refreshing liquid. 

The night went on a little while longer. The youngest of the seven had sobered up while the orange haired Male did not. His boyfriend had to take him home after some persuasion while Namjoon took Jin home too. 

Both Taehyung and Jungguk took Hoseok back to their apartment and had him sleep on the cough while they went to their own bed, dreading the thought of a hangover in the morning. 

Their night was fun and full of laughs along with stories and memories that they might not remember but some might if they think had enough or else it'll come and hit them back in the face again.
