The couple had stayed at Moonchild for the rest of the day, having lunch and talking with their hyungs there. Just a few customers had come in every now and again, but it didn't disturb the two. Though to the model it didn't, he wasn't so sure about the younger. Jungguk, who was drawing something new in his sketchbook, kept his eyes trained to where he put his pencil on the paper and was so focused that it took the older of the two, just to kiss the younger's forehead to get his attention.
The younger's soft, yet big eyes shifted to look at the olders, though something was missing from the peachettes eyes that was normally there. The galaxy that was normally present wasn't there, had it disappeared from the younger forever? Surely it hadn't. Taehyung was hopeful that he could get it back, so for the rest of the afternoon and evening, even right, when they chose to sleep the older would try his hardest to get the younger's eyes back to their sparkly selves.
"Baby, what would you wanna do, Hmm?" Taehyung asked, holding onto the younger's hand softly in his own. The peachette shrugged, back to not wanting to speak for who knows how long till he does next.
"Hmm.. okay, how about I give you suggestions and you pick?" Taehyung suggested, earning a nod from the younger.
"Okay, it's a bit cold for the beach or park… and we were just in Moonchild…" the blonde tapped his chin humming whilst thinking. " it may be simple but.." he grew hesitant.
Jungguk tilted his head, almost as if he was urging the older to continue and then smiled, which spoke more words than any language. Because just for Taehyung, it gave him reassurance for whatever he had in mind was enough for the two and that the younger never really minded as to where they went.
"What about just a nice stay at home date? You know sitting on a mattress in front of the tv, with blankets thrown over us and drinking hot chocolate or tea whilst watching any movie you wanted" Taehyung turned to the younger and was met with the peachettes bunny grin which was so big that it made his heart melt.
That smile spoke a thousand words yet again. It had meant a simple, that would be perfect. Which was all the older needed. Taehyung smiled and leant over to kiss the younger's soft cheek and he caressed the other one with his thumb. Something so simple is and will be enough Jungguk.
"Okay baby, remember you get to pick the movie" Taehyung smiled, making the younger nod in approval.
Taehyung held the younger close and continued their way home. Though a few people who were on the street looked at them, those very same people looked back to what they were doing. It was a mere glance in the couples direction and it didn't seem to bother them in the slightest.
Taehyung noted that those who did glance at them had a small smile on their lips. Completely contrasting to how it was many other times before. Whispers to that anyone could hear. Though this time, there was nothing but comfort that was brought in those small glances and smiles.
"Is my baby doing okay?" Taehyung asked, not out of habit or reflex, but out of curiosity. Again he got a nod, though hesitant as if the younger was contemplating on his answer.
"Okay, you know you can squeeze my hand if you want to instead of nodding or if you're unsure" Taehyung hummed as he gave the younger's hand a squeeze, making the peachette smile and squeeze back in return.
They arrived outside their apartment complex, knowing the familiar path to their apartment and even seeing a few smiles from strangers in the halls, the young couple made it home safe. They took off their shoes and made their way around the apartment.
"Baby, let's get changed into something comfortable and then move the mattress out after okay?" Taehyung suggested. With his cute bunny smile, Jungguk nodded. The older was hoping by the end of the night the peachette would talk.
