Wow!... I can't believe we have been walking round the mall for hours
My heels are killing me and the kind of energy I see radiating through Celine and Gift am not sure we're leaving here any time soon, this is pure torture wishing there's an escape out of this predicament but I guess there's none.

Getting stuck with this two in a shopping spree is a total different ball game while I enjoyed been buried in my world they are both fashion freak,
Gift was solely responsible for the stunt they both played on me early this morning, I was so enjoying the balcony view after having an amazing time with my Bible that I didn't notice them slipping into my suite but am grateful to them because I don't know how I would have cope without them in my life just their presence has erased every troubles of my heart away ,they helped me to pick out my outfit with a quick nude makeup by Gift and we were good to go.

"Come on Rita, You seem lost in thought !! I'm a bit peckish right now can we make a quick stop at the restaurant before heading to the hotel?".celine said with a yawn escaping her bringing me back from my thought.

"Sure I could use that myself, it's totally time I get to escape this shopping spree !"I replied her while walking over to the cash desk with both of them tailing behind guess they are both tired as well since they were agreeing to this without protesting .

The drive was short though by the time we got there we could not wait to get our order served and the dish was really great enjoying every bit of it,
We arrived at the hotel quite late and I had to practically escort them back to their suite since they both seem so tired to carry their shopping bags ,it's been a long day with everything happening so fast right now, I hope for nothing than the best,bringing out my suite key card to realize that my phone has been ringing and it was on silent, they definitely has some explanation to do after realizing that it was Dad calling, they left without telling their parents that they were traveling, picking up her phone "Good evening Dad "she replied nervously .

"Young lady where are you, I have been calling you and your sister for the past Five hours, where are you? ".
She heard her Dad's authoritative voice, the kind of voice she doesn't fancy hearing often
"Dad..we are sorry, we traveled out of town for an Emergency and we will be back soon, didn't want you and mom to worry about us.. We are perfectly fine " .He's not backing down, that she know for sure, it was all Gift's idea not to tell them before leaving, an error on her part she must admit.

"Fine ....but You have never traveled without informing me and your mother, so tell me what kind of emergency required both of my daughters to travel without telling me? ". He demanded calmly and noticed a pause from her side, she doesn't know what to tell him right now , at least not without speaking with Gift first "Dad let me call you back, I have a meeting to attend now but I will call you back as soon as I'm through ". She tried her hardest best to convince her Dad, she can't believed that she just lied on top of another lie, gosh what's wrong with her, they were brought up way better than this "Alright..call me as soon as you are through, Your mother wants to speak with you as well, take care and don't forget I love You ". she heard her Dad 's voice sounding so dispirited which was very unusual "Dad are you alright? ".she couldn't help but begin to worry but was quickly cut short by her his reply "Yes sunshine, am fine but don't forget to call us and send my regards to your sister as well " he said before finally hanging up.

A quick shower was just what she needed right now, dropping the shopping bags on her bed, she removed her heels and rushed to the bathroom, it was a warm bath and Gosh she loved it, she could stay in the bathtub all night with just the right wine by her side with a nice cool music will do the Magic, this has always been her dream of a quite life, she wanted to be happy and live a fulfilled life,suddenly realizing that she needs to order for dinner, she got up and wrapped the towel and was about to call the reception when she heard a knock, definitely not Gift because they had her extra key card and could come in any time they want.

Opening the door she was met with a bouquet of roses, Pizza and her favorite wine in the center of the bouquet, stunned by the act she picked it up and shut the door back, awed by who must have sent it, she saw a message popped up on her phone screen .

"Every smile on your face because of me is the most priceless goal I will ever accomplish, Hope You love the flowers, heard the wine was your favorite! 😘". wow no nobody has rendered her speechless but Derrick just did that, he's show of love was amazing and how the hell did he find out about her favorite roses and wine
But that's not a just below she saw a message "Have dinner with me princess, let me love You...please! "

What will she do, though she couldn't help the beautiful smile that formed on her face, she became confused, he's so sweet!, but men scare her but on the second thought, it's just dinner right nothing more, she quickly replied him "Pick me up in one hour time "she sent it to him and quickly got up to dress, guess her fancy dream of a quite night just got ruined .

"Hi girlfriend, I'm out for dinner, see you later,send Gift my love "She quickly sent a message to celine been the most understanding one among them, calling Gift will create room for explanation and that's the last thing she needed right now ,she will prefer to deal with them later.

"Princess, You look stunning "Derrick compliment her while giving her a quick hug

"Oh come on, don't flatter me too much and You look nice as well ".she replied him politely.

"I got your flowers, thank You and I loved it ".Blushing shyly he actually got her smiling.

"Anything for you Rita "he replied her confidently ,loving this woman before him was going to be one hell of a roaster ride, finding himself doing what he hasn't done before for any lady,he will do anything for her.

"So what do you want to order for dinner?". he asked her .

"Fried rice and salad,Will be great ".
she replied the waiter with a smile, he nodded and jotted it down on his note pad .

"I will have the same thing with my favorite wine, I think that will be all "
Derrick replied sternly while glaring at him for smiling at his Rita.. Nobody has the right to make her feel that way except him he fumed inwardly.

Minutes later their order arrived,he couldn't ask for more, she was fun to be around with, her laughter sounds as the best music to his ear and every moment he spent with her, he realize how much he wanted or rather needed her, he has never been so sure about anything in his like he was with Rita, enchanted in her beauty and intelligent .

"Derrick are you alright?, you suddenly went silent ". He heard her beautiful voice bringing him back to reality, he has been so lost in thought that he forgot that his Rita was sitting right before him.

"Oh.. I'm fine, just thinking about how beautiful You're ".He caught a glimpse of her blushing "You are beautiful and I want nothing more than for you to be my "he told her calmly.

"I really like you Derrick but right now my life is complicated, I just want to focus on myself right now and we have a deal that needs to push through" she replied him politely.

"Is it because of Sebastian, what did he do to you or Are you in love with him? ". His anger was getting the better part of him but he can't help feeling jealous after realizing what transpired between them.

"Come down Derrick, it's not what you thinking, there's nothing happening between us, My Dad signed a contract with him few weeks back and that's is it ,I'm never getting back together with Seb but I need a head clear for this clothing line to push through,I've worked on this for months, powermart needs this deal".
She pleaded with him "if you really care about me, You will help me make this work "she said calmly pleading with him.

Defeated by her pleads, he gave up, how can he not help her at a time like this,if that's what it will take for her to see how much he loves her then he will be patient with her and go along with her on this deal, besides he needs to be close to her to be able to protect her from him even if that's the only reason he's not backing out of this deal.

"You have my word, I will be with you all through and if you need anything, let me know "Sounding like a protective shadow.

"Thank You, it really means a lot for me, thank you for understanding me "

Rita was relieved that he understands her and was willing to go with her on this journey, she couldn't ask him for more.
